Stayed Aug 9, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nice and clean. A few things, the grill was dirty and when we went to use it the first time we had a fire but no fire extinguisher to be found. We got it under control and clean the grill to not have that happen again. Extra cutting board would be nice as well as a strainer. The small bedroom is very hot it could probably use a window unit.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely week in South Yarmouth. The house was very clean and well stocked. It was a little bigger than the pictures portrayed, which was nice. We were told upon check in that the outdoor shower wasn't working but that didn't bother us. We loved the proximity to the beach and to the main drag in South Yarmouth. My kids said the village isn't as 'walkable' as some of the other villages, but on the other hand, it was quieter as a result. We loved the two mini-golf places in town. We liked Captain Parker's Pub, after not being able to get a table (within a reasonable wait time) at Skipper Chowder House. We enjoyed the fire pit back at the house too - cooked hot dogs over it for dinner one night.
