Todd was amazing with communication, made everything super simple and convenient. There were lists on the pin board for things to do places to eat and easy QR code to sign into the wifi. Amazing experience I would recommend this place and Todd to anyone looking for a little get away!

Todd was very good at communicating, the area was perfect for us we were in town for the birth of a grandchild and they live in flower mound, so the location was great. We enjoyed the breakfast nook or table area and the coffee drinkers enjoyed the coffee. We had one issue that I communicated with Todd regarding the bed supports some of them were broken, I said it was not urgent just an fyi, but I should have had it repaired as it felt like there was a crater in the master bed, I’m sure he would have taken care of it, but it was also during the big ice/snow storm. We would stay here again.

Our host was very responsive whenever I had questions, which made the stay easy and stress-free. The house itself was a beautiful little place and had everything my wife and I needed. What really stood out were the small thoughtful touches inside the home, like the towel warmer, that made it feel extra comfortable. We will definitely rent there again, especially since it’s so close to our family.

House looked like it wasn’t cleaned before arriving. It looked like the beds were made and the trash taken out. The host was easy to talk to and refunded the cleaning fee. Hopefully the cleaning company will make sure someone actually cleans between guests.

The property was just what we needed. Good location to explore Dallas from. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms were perfect for our group of 2 couples. The living area and kitchen were cozy and we were able to visit in those spaces.

We had a great stay. Home was perfect for my grandson and myself. Cozy and wellstocked.Loved the Nespresso coffee maker and appreciated the assortment of coffees. Thanks for our home away from home.

There was an issue with our code getting access to the unit. It took a little bit of time, but it was resolved. On our second day there we had an issue with the electrical plugs in both bathrooms, but was able to resolve it. The place was immaculate and well-appointed. The location was in close proximity to everything we had planned. The owners-managers were responsive to our questions. Highly recommend.

The house is in a cute neighborhood and feels very safe. It’s a perfect size and the hosts were very responsive which was so appreciated especially when I locked myself out. There is a cat sunning window which I wish I had seen before the last day but our cat loved the guest bedroom window sill. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience staying here! The check in process was super easy, and there was a cork board inside with a QR code for the WiFi and lists of restaurants and things to do in the area. The house is located in a small, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed, and the bathrooms had plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc. This rental was pet friendly so we were able to bring our dog :) My only complaint would be that I noticed cobwebs on the dining room light fixture and around the covered back patio area. But other than that, everything seemed pretty clean.The host was very accommodating. We had to contact him a few times to add an extra night, and also to request an early check in. He always responded quickly and allowed us to check in early! We would definitely stay here again!

I lived across Corporate for 31 yrs until 2 years ago so the neighborhood was familiar to us. Overall very satisfied

We had a great short stay in Lewisville for my son’s surgery. House was both easy to find, and easy to get into with the passcode. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 and we so appreciated the host leaving some cars and toys for our two year old to play with. They came in handy as we packed and unpacked the car. Host was very easy to get ahold of if we needed anything and rooms were very comfortable with ample space for a pack and play in each.We ended up leaving early because our sons surgery was canceled day-of, but if available we will book again once it’s rescheduled.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was very cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It’s in a nice, quiet area but still close and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Check-in was smooth, and everything was clean and well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!

It was great for pur family. It was very cleab, nice neighborhood, and the kids had a lot of fun playing the games on the porch. The master bathroom was especially nice! The towel warmer was a great bonus! The owners had coffee pods and snacls which was especially tbpightful as we flew in and didnt have that stuff with us.

First want to thank Todd for being a great host. Came all the way from Atlanta Ga for my best friend’s birthday. We had an amazing time super close to my bestie house and the back yard was small but great for both of my babies(Dogs). Also the house was nice everything look just like the pictures. I will definitely be staying here again in the future when I come to see my best friend.

Overall the stay was great! The house was very clean and just as the pictures showed. It was about 10 mins from our work conf and very close to the airport.

My stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. The house was perfect for my needs and was very cozy and inviting.

This was a very good price at a good location, even though it is over the DFW flight path, and it had the basics. But there needs to be some improvements. The main bed mattress needs to be replaced. You can hear springs give way, and when one of us turned it literally lifted the other up. I would have liked the entrance to be at the side door so you didn't have to walk around the house to get in from the car port. There was no cable or direct TV, but at this price I can see that, but instructions of options would be great. I didn't discover the free TV channels until last day. The kitchen was functional but they need a toaster and a regular coffee pot. On the surface it was clean until you looked under the beds and beside the stove, which we cleaned. This is a new listing so it might be a work in progress, but we've used vrbo quite a bit and think it's better to give honest feedback. Again we stayed 5 days and it was much better than a 4 star hotel. We would stay again, as long as there was a new mattress.

Overall a great experience. Major props to Todd for finding our car key under the bed. Not only was he willing to ship it, he ultimately set it out on his porch for my Dad to grab before his later flight. My husband could not shut up about his love of the layout of the house. Minor inconveniences did not take away from the overall experience-a few ants in the kitchen on 2 mornings. We didn’t cook so must have been my coffee cup in the sink-some hairs in the bathrooms-shower drainage suboptimal

We ended up staying in on Friday due to the storm, but we were all satisfied with staying in because the place felt very cozy and welcoming. We got a bit distracted by all the available games to play, the host we're very help when we needed something. If every go back definitely wanna rebook
