Stayed Mar 8, 2026We very much enjoyed staying in this quaint guest house. As an older couple not accustomed to booking vacation rentals, we truly appreciated the comfort, quiet, and convenience of this location. The property is older construction but price to make it a great value. The hosts were pleasant and quick to respond to questions. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Stayed Mar 18, 2025Our visit to Tucson was made all the more enjoyable due to our stay at Penny and Dennis's guest house. The house was lovely and had everything we might need. The location was excellent and allowed us to easily visit all the sites we wanted to see while in Tucson. Penny and Dennis are both super helpful and made our trip a success. We will be back!

Stayed Feb 23, 2025Tub was nasty, shower only. Mold and where you stand for shower was nasty. Couch was worn out. Mattress is a backache waiting to happen. I took photos of the tub/shower but can't upload
