Stayed Sep 12, 2025The house was outstanding. Great layout and the tree in the kitchen is gorgeous. Location was perfect and sooooo close the Broadmoor, which was exactly what I needed. Communication with Renjoy was great and response times were lightning fast. Highly recommended.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025The biggest disappointment of the trip. This property is within the Broadmoor area, so just from that you think it would be nice. This was honestly one of the worst places I've ever stayed. The house and cottage were both filthy. The shower downstairs did not have a shower head. The cottage carpet was torn up and the entire place smelled so horrible. For this price, and area, I was completely taken back by what we walked into. We booked for 2 days only and only stayed out of convenience of the booking. I would never recommend this place to one person.When I put my review out there, they offered (insultingly) to give me a 500 credit if I would change my review to a 5 star. I rejected the money because I would not want anyone else to fall into the trap of this place.

Stayed May 24, 2025Very old. Musty Casita/cottage. Had to have landlord clean after we arrived. Sandbags at doors to keep rain out. Leaky ceiling in downstairs bathroom. No extra dish towels. Clogged kitchen sink drain for 24 hours. Landlord finally called plumber and issue was fixed in 45 minutes (after waiting a day). Landlord was responsive but property is definitely in need of some TLC.

Stayed Apr 7, 2025This house is in a great location and walking distance to the Broadmoor. It's a little quirky but has a lot of potential. Portions of the home are really beautiful. It was listed as a 4 bathroom house when I booked it. When I notified the property manager that one of the shower/bathtubs wasn't hooked up I was told they updated the listing to a 3 bathroom house. However, it was listed as a 4 bathroom house up until our arrival and I wasn't offered any compensation when I requested it. There is also no working heat/air conditioning in the master bedroom/bathroom portion of the house and none of the beautiful indoor fireplaces are usable. A few repairs and TLC would make this house top notch.

Stayed Dec 27, 2024Living room and kitchen area great for family interaction. Half of the bedrooms were cold and no thermostat controls that worked. Learned late in our stay that thermostat control is remote. Some kitchen supplies were missing. Needs more accurate information .

Stayed Jul 21, 2024The space was good for a large family. Play area was a great place for young ones. The back patio was very enjoyable with a working grill and fire pit. The closeness to the Broadmoor was a plus. The busy street was little much with some traffic noise at night. The casita was a fun spot. The upper bedroom with the room a/c did the trick but was a bit noisy. The most troublesome part was the poor communication and execution on issues we encountered - garage full of trash took several days to resolve and multiple pleas for assistance; needed light bulbs for bedroom- sent wrong size and never addressed this; recycling can taken and not returned.
