Our stay was great. Property was clean and comfy. Beautiful outside area and peaceful surroundings. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were ample. We had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable. We didn’t cook but if we had wanted to pots, pans, dishes-everything was there to use. The guest house made for a very pleasant stay in San Antonio. Thanks.

The kitchen was fully equipped. AC was working properly. Showers were very good. The location was perfect for exploring San Any.

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage is very charming and comfortable! We had everything we needed and the host communicated check in and other instructions very well. There is a lovely outdoor grilling area and seating area. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants! Would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this adorable guesthouse. Although we didn’t prepare any meals while there it appeared the kitchen was super well stocked for cooking. All of the little touches and extra amenities were noticed and greatly appreciated. What a convenient area for enjoying the city and so quiet.

A wonderful place to stay! Easy to walk to the Riverwalk or Uber in for dinner. There was so much thought given to what a guest would need when visiting. We stayed for a week and loved it!

We loved our stay. It’s a lovely cottage in a historic neighborhood. Close to the Riverwalk, walking distance to restaurants. We tried four different restaurants and enjoyed them all. Our host, Beverley, was extremely helpful and a joy to work with.

This property has a wonderful outdoor space to relax or eat. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed and there was plenty of good coffee available. Location was convenient and close to the riverwalk and close to freeway access. We met the host and she was so nice and fun and gave us great information about the neighborhood and about house remodel. The guest house was clean and comfortable.

Air was very effective. The kitchen was amazing! Fully equipped with anything you could need. The lay out was perfect.

The location was great!The internet connection was not good, which impacted the TV. Would love to suggest updating the coffee pots and provide a keurig.The place was clean and nice. Not enough kitchen towels/wash cloths.The fire pit area is awesome.

We loved the location. We had friends in town from Georgia and Missouri who stayed there. When our niece from Alabama decided to visit us over Thanksgiving, we didn't look anywhere else; we booked it again for her visit. Everything was wonderful! Fantastic experience.

Everything in the cottage was perfect. It was designed for our comfort. It felt like home the moment we walked in. Comfort was evident in every detail of the cottage. Absolutely fabulous.

Lovely space on a gorgeous property that clearly a lot of love is put into. The Guest Cottage is perfect for a multiple days stay and the location is great. I came for a work trip and brought my family with me. Everyone was comfortable and pleased with experience.

Wonderful stay in a lovely guest house. Full kitchen was great. Kitchen microwave didn’t work right but the one in the bedroom worked great. Very comfortable place, quiet neighborhood, wonderful location.

This was the perfect house. The location was very convenient to the Alamo and the Riverwalk. The house was extremely clean and very welcoming if you stay indoors or relaxing outdoors in the courtyard. I hope to visit again.

Finding this wonderful property on VRBO was like unearthing a rare jewel on an exciting expedition! Nestled in the back corner of the Lion House, this guest cottage has everything we needed for a conference stay in San Antonio. Minutes from some of the best dining in South San Antonio and just minutes away from downtown and the River Walk, we were in traveler’s heaven. The guest house has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay for 4! Two bedrooms and two baths that meet every need! The kitchen/living area is perfect to enjoy a great breakfast or leak surely lunch away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Need a walk or run in the morning? My wife enjoyed her runs through the beautiful neighborhoods. The outdoor kitchen is amazing. We weren’t able to put it to use on this visit, but plan on making a trip soon to enjoy this property even more. If you are looking for a great stay for an adult weekend or week, we highly recommend the Adam’s Guest House!

I wanted to find a quiet place for my long time friend and I to meet for a couple of days. We live in different states and have not been able to see each other very often over the years. This air b&b was perfect! It was lovely in every way, and we could not have been more pleased.

All the little things are thought of in this compact dynamo. Quietly tucked away on a quint street minutes away from fine dining and the river walk. A cool fantastic stay, with a host who checked in on us, as we forgot to check in whilewe were taking in the surroundings. Highly recommend and would stay again.

We stayed at this charming guest house for our 11th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful experience! It’s a cozy space next to a beautiful older main home with gorgeous curb appeal. Our host Beverley, was fantastic! Very responsive and respectful of our privacy. She makes you feel like the place is yours! Yet is always available if needed :)A relaxing, quiet place to unwind, the guest house has everything you need for a comfortable stay on a quiet street. You’re within walking distance of restaurants & attractions, but definitely too hot to walk to!The ice cold A/C was a lifesaver during 95 -100 degree days. The A/C did break down one evening when we returned late. We contacted Beverley immediately the next morning and she was lightening fast at responding! The A/C was fixed by 9 AM. Wow! Both bathrooms are beautifully tiled w/glass shower doors. One had multiple shower heads including a rain-style shower. The beds are soft and relaxing, and the home feels peaceful and private.We visited the Alamo, Riverwalk, and many shops. Quick tip if you rent a car. Be cautious about parking! Most areas are pricey & very strict! Look for guest friendly spots & Tow sign warnings. It pays to check out different parking places, because some will flat out rob you.For food, don’t miss Casa Rio, Paesanos & Kilwins on the Riverwalk. Also, Ida Claire. All so worth it!This was the perfect place for enjoying San Antonio’s history, food, and charm. Thank You!

Property was clean. Beds are comfortable. Living room furniture is not comfortable. There is no running hot water in kitchen and no dishwasher made for a trying time washing dishes. Great communication. Thank you we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely little cottage close to all of the San Antonio attractions. Cozy cottage nestled amongst beautiful historical homes . Perfect for two couples to catch up and renew their friendships. Our host was phenomenal, any questions were answered very promptly and made sure all of our needs were met. Great location in historic King William district. It made it easy to see the area. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for 2 couples. Loved the walk in showers. Beds were comfortable. Beverly was a wonderful host who quickly responded. We highly recommend this property.

Great set-up of the house with bedrooms/baths on separate sides of the house so you don't disturb each other if you're on different sleep schedules. Beverley was kind enough to offer us a tour of her beautiful home on the same property. Great outdoor space that made us feel like we had our own private park.

What a stunning space! Relaxing and cozy. The beds are both ridiculously comfortable!!! The owners thought about all the extras to have on hand from coffee to soaps to comfy throw blankets. The Riverwalk area is just down the road so everything is in walking distance. Wonderful wonderful place!!!!

In the heart of old San Antonio‘s elite housing area. Stay behind a wonderful old mansion with a great privacy and just blocks to great food and drink. Take the river walk all the way to the Pearl brewery if you want. Very clean and well cared for

The cottage is in a wonderful location; in a quiet, elegant neighborhood; yet easy to walk to river trails and many dining venues. The checkin/checkout process was very efficient.
