Stayed Jun 26, 2021House is well kept and in exclusive gated neighborhood. 1 minute walk to private beach. There were lifeguards during the summer. 5 minute drive to stores, restaurants.

Stayed Jul 25, 2020The grounds need a lot of work. Outside and inside need to be sprayed for spiders. The air conditioning is very inefficient on the bedroom level. One master bedroom is freezing while the other master is too warm. Our family loved the short walk to the beach and the roomy living area!

Stayed Aug 3, 2019House needs lots of work. Deck in poor repair Cellar shower had loose floor board with potential nail issues. Air conditioner required repair on day 1, Weber needs servicing and propane was almost gone. Screen door off hinge and screen torn. etc'. Top floor spacious and comfortable, Sleeping area fine. internet went down on last day. Long and Foster given detailed note. They were fine.
