Very comfortable, clean, and useful space. Easily able to host extra guests for dinner. Quiet neighborhood with big trees providing ample shade. Only complaint is old mattresses. The plastic cover on them was noisey.

Wonderful property and great for families. Especially loved the lower deck area adjacent to the carport. Wonderful outdoor shower for after the beach. Was concerned about distance to beach but with a bike all was good. Parking at the beach is challenging in and of itself, so biking is the best way. The community pool was wonderful and the family atmosphere of the neighborhood charming!

This property was wonderful! It has everything you need, and has the feel of the beach although it is not on the beach. The only downside was that the house is on stilts so every movement makes the house shake. You can feel the shaking while you are in bed if other guests happen to still be up. The main bedroom is on the first floor and you can really feel the bed shake there. The first time I felt this, I thought it was an earthquake! The pyramid-style bunk beds upstairs are also very creaky and noisy. I would say that since the house shakes, the only thing that can be done for the property is for them to invest in better beds. One that is sturdier for the first floor so the shaking can't be felt as much, and also some new, sturdier bunk beds for the upstairs so that every little shake and creak in the beds cannot be felt and heard.

Lovely house and living areas/ master bedroom very comfortable. Pyramid beds in one upstairs room were just awful so mattresses were put on the floor and that worked out fine. We did leave the kitchen/dishes cleaner than we found it- attention cleaning service! Neighborhood is a bit off the beaten path, but we prefer that so the quiet of it was just right. I'd recommend this as a nice place to stay... however DO take all valuables and cash with you... We had $260 cash tucked into a dresser drawer that was taken while we were out the first or second day with lukewarm response from rental agency and zip zero response from local police in our attempt to file a police report. I suspect this is a one-off event- I hope so anyway. Other than that bit of disappointment, it was a great house.

Great property and a short bike ride to Bethany Beach. Convenient to grocery stores and Tanger Outlets. We will definitely rent this property again. Missing the beach already. ?
