Stayed Sep 27, 2024We were a group of 12 adult women on a weekend trip. The house was clean and nice, in a perfect location as well. I wish in advance we had packed some additional blankets and pillows - so would recommend future visitors bring their own.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024This property is exceptional. True to pictures and description. Had my children and grandchildren for the weekends and just the two of us during the week. First place we have stayed that actually had a table big enough for the amount of people allowed to stay. Was great all sitting together for meals. Kitchen very well stocked, rooms are nice size. Bunks especially popular with the kids. Only steps from the beach which was not crowded at all. Linen service was excellent. When I asked my kids if they want to stay again...no hesitation...YES!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with my family. Hope to be there next year same time.

Stayed Sep 9, 2023Wonderful house and great location a two minute walk to the beach. We had a wonderful time. The beach for the this community was very clean and not crowded. Easy trip to either Bethany or Fenwick Island for dinner and drink.

Stayed Jul 17, 2021It's a comfortable house with bedrooms and bathrooms on every level. TV has a range of options, there's a blender, coffee maker and toaster oven, plus a good supply of cooking utensils/pots/pans and dishware. We brought in crabs one night and ate outside, there were plenty of mallets and tools. Wish we'd known it was a charcoal grill and there was some storage space for our groceries, but really great place for a big family or in our case our adult children and nephews. Master bedroom needs some blinds on the french doors to the porch, it's way bright in the morning and everyone can see in when they go up to the roof deck... Check in was kind of a pain, and coordinating with the cleaning folks and linen delivery...they give you a window from 3-6pm and we had to wai around till 4:30 or 5pm.
