Across the Street to the Beach, Hot Tub, and Delightful Stay in Bella Beach!

Peek-a-boo view of the ocean, with close convenient access to the beach. (Less than 2 minute walk) spacious accommodations, full kitchen, soft beds & pillows, hot tub was perfect. Only downside was the Quiet Time curfew from 10p-8a. Couldn’t use the hot tub during those hours. Otherwise, it was perfect! Only option for improvement could be ocean front, which you just have to pay higher price for. This was perfect for our family of 7.

Quite frankly this is a bate and switch. Property is not maintained rotting wood on balconies, window sills, casings and more it is not represented in pictures. If you have little children steer cleer as rusty metal and screws are in unsafe places. House instructions such as parking, quite times and other rules are very contradictory. Parking is non existent if you drive a truck or suv, sorry you wont fit.They do not replace the aur filters or deal wirh dust or any other maintenance issues.

The house was run down! It was not as pictured online. Dirty, stained carpets and couches. The carpets had not been vacuumed upon our arrival (visible papers laying on carpet) and the wood floors had crumbs all over them. Dishes in the cupboards were covered in a film of grease - had to rewash before using. Mold in shower, missing light fixture covers, mini blind wands missing and/or broken, gas fireplace wiring/components covered in dust, one bathroom ceiling exhaust fan not working, the other filled with extreme amount of dust, garbage left behind in bedroom drawers. Great location but this house needs some attention - inside and out!

Nice getaway. Great location. Quiet and pretty. Lots of room. Low on kitchen staples, but the scenery and games make up for it. Would go again.

Overall it was ok, location was great, home needs some TLC and it would be great! VRBO directions took us to the wrong address😞

The space was fantastic! Lots of room for everyone to spread out. Spaces were “well loved”. Some area could use a bit of upkeep and I’d be happy to provide specific feedback. Close to the beach, fantastic view, and very relaxing! T

The front porch and front of the home seemed neglected.

First, the positives: The house is in a beautiful little neighborhood and the views of the ocean are gorgeous. There is plenty of room and the balcony was a great place to have coffee and watch the ocean. The hot tub was a great feature and we careful to follow the VERY strict usage rules about when we could use it. Unfortunately, the entire house feels a bit run down and in need of some work. The floors have big gaps in them that trap dirt and crumbs, the dishwasher rack was broken and kept falling, and some of the furniture had cracked upholstery that was peeling off. I can usually sleep on any bed, but ours (the smaller bedroom w/ queen bed) was not comfortable with no mattress cover and sheets that kept popping off the mattress. For the cost of the stay, an upgrade in the quality of bedding would really help. As far as cleanliness goes, I know beach houses are tough to keep clean, but it didn't look like the porches had been swept and the windows were so dirty that we couldn't really enjoy the view unless we went outside to the balcony. Overall, we had a nice time & this has the potential to be a great place...but I'm not sure we'd come back to the same house for the price.
