The space
The home also offers central heat, central air plus ceiling fan and portable fans, free wireless internet, in-house large capacity washer and dryer, one assigned parking spot. There is also a private patio with a gas BBQ and outdoor patio furniture, great for entertaining or lounging in the evenings. We also offer extras such as towels, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, linens, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, bleach, shampoo & conditioner, and body soap in the property.

The living room is bright and fun with a comfortable leather sofa sectional with chaise. Perfect to unwind and relax after a long day at the parks. We have a flat screen HDTV with movies channels. The dining area has seating up to 6 people comfortably.

Both bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a very comfortable California King Size bed with luxury linen and bedding, a flat screen HDTV, a futon for extra sitting, and a walk-in closet. Mickey’s room has a twin/full/twin pull out trundle bunk bed. Downstairs, we also have a single roll-away bed plus a double height queen size auto inflatable air mattress available for use with all the extra linens. For families traveling with young children, we provide in the home lightweight strollers (up to 50lbs), a pack-n-play with linen and blankets, baby gates and a high chair, kids dishes and utensils.

* This property has 3 communal resort-style pools (toddler pool, general pool, and a gated adult pool) as well as a large, safe, gated playground for the kids.
* Max Occupancy - 6 individuals including infants - Adding guest(s) after initial booking incurs additional guest fee.
* We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 1 or 2 day gaps in our calendar.
* Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee.
* Pool - 6 guests max at one time, strictly enforced by HOA. No unregulated flotation devices, pool toys, etc allowed. Pool Facility Hours 9am - 10pm
* City mandated Quiet Time from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage etc) are off limits during this time.
* Guests must comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation.
* You must be 25 years old or older to book with us.

    Good location - easy to walk to Disney. Beds were comfortable and kids room was cute. Everything was clean. Really appreciated the ability to use the strollers.

    Had a great stay for almost a week! Great amenities for kids, and the Disney themed decorations were so cute. Perfect for our family of 4. They had lots of towels and even some toys, lots of step stools & kid dishes, & a shelf full of spices and great little “extras” that make traveling with kids easier. Nice updates, clean and quiet place. We would stay again! (Note that walking to the nearest stoplight to safely cross the street adds about 15 minutes to the walk time for a total of 35 minute walk to the front doors of Disneyland.)

    We loved this condo. 2-stories with two bedrooms up and a family area down. We had five adults and room for all of us. The three baths made getting ready a breeze!The master has a nice king sized bed and vaulted ceilings with ceiling fan which made sleeping after a long day in the parks very enjoyable.Access to the parks is the real perk! Across the road and a couple of blocks away is downtown Disney. We would jump on the Mono-rail bridge o get quick and easy access to the center of Tomorrow Land. We will stay here again!
