Across the street from Acadia and walk to town!

Absolutely loved this house and its location! It was so clean and well appointed. They had everything we needed and more to make a comfortable stay. Spacious and perfect for our family of five (kids aged 19, 17 and 15). The oldest used the apartment suite on the lower level. We would absolutely stay here again. The sunroom was the best- such a special place to unwind at the end of the day and have morning coffee. Peaceful and serene yet also so close to town. I felt like we got more than expected here and really appreciated that. Thanks!

The property was beautiful and ideally located with simple access to Bar Harbor and Acadia. The home was very well equipped with everything our family needed. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning!

This property exceeded our expectations in every way! We were in Bar Harbor for our son's wedding. The property accomodated our large family easily. Minutes away from Acadia, walking distance to town and close to everyplace we needed to be for the wedding. Will stay

We were a family of eight, including two grandchildren aged three and five. This is a perfect house! Plenty of space to relax and play. We enjoyed the enclosed sunroom as well as the outside deck for morning coffee and stargazing. The house is close to both the town of Bar Harbor as well as Acadia National Park so it accommodated to all of activities. We look forward to returning in the future!

Cleftstone Cottage is an absolute gem of a home. It is ultra clean, has all the amenities that one would desire, and is ideally situated just minutes from the town of Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Communication with the property owners is effortless. We would highly recommend staying at this wonderful property and look forward to returning soon!

My husband and I and our pups stayed at this property Labor Day week, and it is nothing short of spectacular. While there was a small glitch with the check-in process, the owners quickly resolved the issue. The property itself is exceptionally clean and exceeds the highest standards for cleanliness. The kitchen was nicely appointed, the beds were super comfortable and the sunroom and outdoor living spaces were very nice to enjoy after a long day of hiking and biking. The location of the house allows easy access to carriage roads, entrance to the National Park by foot or car and is an easy 15 minute walk to downtown Bar Harbor. The owners clearly take pride in their home and I would absolutely recommend this rental and plan to stay here on our next visit to Acadia NP.

Beautiful home in Bar Harbor. Well appointed. Perfectly located…walking/biking to town and carriage trails in Acadia. Plenty of room. Great owner: easy to work with and helpful. Will go back!!
