Amazing location, awesome home!!

Really nice home and had an excellent location. Only problem is the AC went out on us 2 nights in a row but they were quick to answer the issue.

This home is beautiful! It’s professionally decorated, very comfortable, conveniently located, and there’s plenty of room for a large family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We rented a golf cart but didn’t need to because it was an easy walk to beach and pool and to downtown Rosemary area. Not a bad thing, but we did have two toddlers under the age of 3, so the bunk beds are high and ladders are not removable. once they got over the thrill of being able to climb to the top it was all good, but just a note of you have young kids! Overall 10/10 experience!

We have stayed at other houses on this street and this was the best common area for a large group. The house was clean and well maintained. A convenient walk to the beach and the pool. We love this location because it is walking distance to Rosemary, but the beach is much less crowded. My only recommendation to make it even better is to add comfortable seating for the balcony porch so that area could be enjoyed more.

We had an amazing little get away with a few friends for my husbands birthday. We all had young kiddos in tow and the house worked out great for that with most of the bedrooms not being on the main living level. The two beach entrances are literally right in front of the house and pool straight off the back. The beds were comfy so much so that inquired about the pillows to purchase for home. We spent most of our time together and at the beach but everything in Rosemary is pretty walkable, but with kids I would recommend bring a stroller or renting a wagon. The house was clean, beautiful, and comfortable for our group we’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend. One important thing to note is that house does in fact have beach towels. The PM company was under the impression that they didn’t so we all packed them which was a bit of a hassle, but when we showed up they were stocked with beach towels *bonus points for having an extra Keurig in the third floor bedroom and no excessive check out instructions

The only inconvenience was they only have one regular size refrigerator in entire house. We had 14 people in the house, it created an issue with space in frig. But we brought a huge Yeti cooler and kept extra ice in it, and it worked. We will definitely go back. Exclusive 30a was wonderful to work with!!

The home we stayed in was even more beautiful in person than it was in the website. It was fully stocked with anything we could’ve needed. The proximity to the beach and to restaurants/shops was perfect. The home was beautifully decorated and so inviting. We had a group of 13 and we had plenty of room. We would certainly stay in this location again and would definitely recommend to anyone!

Easy walk or bike ride to Rosemary (loved the bikes that were provided!) Clean, had everything we needed, great layout, comfortable beds. Neighborhood pool was perfect (felt private). Just be sure to get out to the beach early in the morning to secure your spot on busy days (during Memorial Day weekend we had to secure our spot by 5:30am) We would definitely stay here again with our group of 15!

We had the best time with our adult children, their spouses, and grandchildren. Love the convenience to beach, local shops and restaurants. Many wonderful memories!
