Overall the property had a lot of amenities and inclusions - we probably packed more than what we needed. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Some things we didn't enjoy was the squeaky bunk bed downstairs. You couldn't move without the bed squeaking really loud. There was also a high pitched noise that would happen and wake us up - I think it's related to the heater. A lot of the outlets needed to be changed out - very loose and our plugs would just fall out. The air hockey table turned on but there wasn't enough air coming out so that we could play.We did enjoy the jacuzzi, pool table and ping pong table. The fireplace worked nicely and our group had a great time.

The house worked out to be just the right size for our family. We had everything we needed, and had a wonderful time. I would go there again. Our host was very welcoming and accommodating.

Julie was great - very accessible and accommodating. The house was perfect for our three families! Great space and location, plus we all had a blast with the games provided (pool table, ping pong and Pac Man were put to good use).

Host was welcoming and everything was fine. Lots of space to spread out. A few of the mattresses needed an upgrade. We didn't realize the fridge had a problem until the morning after loading it up and we found a lot of frozen food that couldn't be saved. Reservation details are inaccurate. Checked in on Dec 23 and left a day early on Dec 25.

A cozy retreat that offered enough privacy for 7 adults and 2 little ones plus some dogs. The place was stocked with enough fun things for the family and plenty of comfort. We brought some gates for inside to contain dogs as needed and prevent little ones from the steps. We had a great time.

A great house! We had an awesome weekend. A couple things to consider that would be helpful: (1) the property has a lot of stairs, so be prepared for a lot of ups and downs, (2) the streets up behind the house are walkable, but the main road into down I

Great house for a multi-family weekend with teenagers!

Lots of activities to do, well stocked kitchen. Biggest complaint is the blinds are broken in bedrooms and won’t stay up when you’re trying to cool down the house.

The property manager was amazing before, during and after our stay with being in communication and making our stay as enjoyable as possible. The house was a great size and had a ton of fun games for the kids - pool table, air hockey, pac man, ping pong and more! We loved the location close to town, lake and activities. We also enjoyed the backyard with a swing, cornhole and jacuzzi! Thanks for a wonderful stay! We will be back!

What an amazing place to take the family for a week. Plenty of games to keep the teenagers entertained. Conveniently located to town and the lake. Would stay here every time we are in town if possible.

I chose this property because it was kid and dog friendly. My kids loved this cabin and didn’t want to go home.

The house was very clean, and fully stocked. Julie was always available to get a hold of and very communitive.We had a great experience, despite we had some rolling power outages, Julie had plenty of lamps available for us. still had a great time!

The house had enough rooms for our entire family. The house provided items for babies and toddlers, like booster seat, high chair, play pen and there was even a safety gate that came in handy with the little ones and the stairs. The game rooms were awesome for both the kiddos and adults. The house was very clean and close to main street and within walking distance to a tube and sled amusement area for the kids. Everyone had a great time.

The property had everything we needed, was exactly as described in the listing and my family had a great time. The property was super clean when we checkedin and rooms were nice and spacious. Kitchen and living room were the best areas. We also enjoyed the playing pool and table tennis. Thanks a ton for a great experiencce.

We did an early Thanksgiving gathering. The place was very spacious and inviting. We will be staying again in the future!

This is a beautiful house right in the ideal location to Downtown Big Bear. Great game room to enjoy while at the house, big fire place, nice Jacuzzi, and a very responsive property manager who made the stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thanks for making our family vacation an incredible one!!!

Great time for all ages. This rental kept the teens as well as the adults entertained. Very clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Friendly host. Will definitely return.
