This three-story townhome in Alpine Meadows offers a bright,functional layout ideal for families and groups. Enter through a no-step entry into a spacious mudroom with plenty of hooks and storage for ski gear, hiking boots, or bikes.

The entry level features two king bedrooms, each with individual baseboard heating and a Roku TV. One bedroom has a king bed plus a twin-over-twin bunk, while the other has a king bed. A full bathroom is located off the hallway between these bedrooms.

Upstairs, the open-concept main floor offers a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area for eight, and a cozy living room with a gas fireplace and a 65 Roku Smart TV. Sliding glass doors lead to a private deck with seasonal mountain views. A second full bathroom with a shower and an in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience.

The top floor features an open loft area that provides additional storage or a quiet spot to read or relax. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides a flexible sleeping space.

Parking is limited to 2 cars per unit, as required by the HOA. If you'd like to use the resort pool, we recommend purchasing day passes in advance.
