Loved our stay at Coral Cottage. We had two families of four, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax on their own or hang out all together. The wraparound porch was the perfect place to have coffee in the mornings. The neighborhood was picture perfect, with people riding bikes and going for walks. There's a pool just across the street from the house, and the Watercolor Beach Club is less than a 10-minute golf cart ride away. Seaside is a quick drive, too. The house was well stocked with everything we needed - plates, cookware, utensils, appliances. You'll probably need extra paper towels, trash bags and other consumables, but everything else was there. (There's a Publix right around the corner, which was very convenient for things we forgot.) Would definitely stay here again.

We loved seaside & exploring Rosemary beach. Highly recommend checking out Coastside 30A for live music. One thing to note about this house- they do not have any spices (no salt or pepper), olive oil or any other cooking essentials. So when you do your first grocery trip, make sure to grab those. We only had 1 dish towel & we could have used a couple more. The wrap around porch is quiet & perfect for card games or relaxing. Watercolor is an incredible place for kids & is so clean!!! Property management was quick to respond to any issues, and even let us in a few hours early which we appreciated!

I am a neat freak with very high standards for cleanliness and I was very comfortable here. The bedrooms in this house are huge. Aside from the bunk room, every bedroom is Master Bedroom size. There is an outside closet full of beach toys and chairs - so nice to not have to bring any of that from home. The house also came with a golf cart that we used daily. We didn't realize how fun the golf cart would be, especially for the kids. It's a must-have for a Watercolor trip and I'm so grateful the house provided one so we didn't have to rent. Another thing we really enjoyed was the big covered porch. There is plenty of outdoor seating and we spent a lot of time out here relaxing. The house came with 4 bikes which we used every day. They really thought of everything and more in this home and we were extremely comfortable and relaxed here the whole time. The Watercolor neighborhood is incredible. The dragonfly pool just around the corner was a nice quiet place to swim and there were usually only a couple of people there every time we went. Camp watercolor was an easy 5 minute bike ride with waterslides and a lazy river. The beach club was about 10 minutes away on the bike and has 3 pools and places to get food. Everything in this neighborhood is pristinely taken care of and beautiful. We had 2 sets of grandparents with us on this trip and they are still raving about how amazing it all was, and our kids said this was even better than Disney World! Exclusive 30A provided outstanding customer service from start to finish and we would 100% stay in this house again. We have been all over 30A and Watercolor is our new favorite. We were planning the next trip before we even got home. Thanks so much for an amazing stay!!

We had a wonderful time in Watercolor! The house was perfect. The screened in wrap-around porch was were we all seemed to gather most of the time. The rooms are very spacious and we had everything we needed for the time we were there. We didn’t have any issues but the few times we had a question we received a response within minutes. Highly recommend!

The Watercolor community was everything we wanted and needed for our family. Beach access, pools and a grocery store were all a golf cart ride away. We tried going to Alys and Rosemary beaches but didn’t like it as much as Seaside and Watercolor. We hope to come back again!
