Across From Beach! 7 bdrm, Amazing Pool Area, Jacuzzi, Discounted Golf Cart

We’ve stayed in Destin with our family for 6 years now. The main requirement: THE HOUSE MUST BE CLEAN/WELL KEPT!! We have never had a complaint until this year. This house is a college frat house! Broken blinds all over the lower level!! Upon check in, 2 of the 3 garbage bins were packed b/c they were never picked up!! Dirt/sauce/pop/something (?) was dripping down several doors. Hardwood floors looked very inviting in the ad. Until you walk on them for 30 minutes to find your socks are black with dirt. No mop in sight!!! Masking tape was holding down the corners of the large area rug!! Mildew in the upstairs bathroom showers! And why? Why would you leave nasty (obviously used by the previous guests) toilet brushes in every bathroom??? That’s disgusting!!! A pot was left in the cabinet with burnt on food!! (I was mad so I left it there)! The pool was very small and not cleaned before we checked in. There was broken/abandoned furniture behind the carriage house. I guess no one thought it should be removed!! The front yard is dirt b/c the sprinkler is always on. We all stayed in the dirty main house b/c the carriage house was an even bigger joke!!As the owner/mgr of this property, you should FIRE the cleaners!! They are NOT WORTH THE MONEY YOU ARE CHARGING GUESTS!!!! And, for gods sake, go check on your property!! Do a little maintenance!! Replace things!! This was by far the biggest disappointment we have had to encounter on vacation!! Do better VRBO!!

The houses were perfect for our family. The pool and the Hot Tub were a big hit.

Amazing stay, we were a group of 5 families, 10 adults, 9 kids. Place was great, ideal to entertain a diverse group. Kids loved the heated pool (need as the temperatures reached 40F when we were there) and the jacuzzi. external area was amazing, with 2 TVs, BBQ area, ping pong and pool table, that literally kept us in the house most of the time...we didnt even bothered eating out... minor tweaks and TCL needed, but small stuff that we didnt even bothered complaining (bathtub drainer, bedroom locks not working, BBQ TV out dated and not able to download apps, Gas firepit starter not working and poor lighting for outdoor pool/ping pong after dark)on major thing we recommend is that the downstairs queen bedroom in the 2nd house, behind the big outdoor TV should have curtains, as the sun rises right there and dont allow whoever sleeps there to over sleep (plus it's not as private as it could be with the window semi-frosting decals, curtains would be better). but overall amazing experience, that create last memories for our extended family

Absolutely incredible stay here. Our family had the best time! Adults and grandkids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Located right next to the beach. The public entrance in a not busy location, GREAT backyard area with pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, an eating area with TV, grill, and plenty of space. Everything was as described and just like the photos. The house was super clean on check in and I cannot stress enough how amazing the management of this property is. They checked in almost every other day to make sure we were happy and pleased, answered any inquiries within minutes, and were SO pleasant. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay with a large group.

We stayed here for our family vacation. 8 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room. Nice house overall, perfect location. One downfall is the pool isn’t in the sun, but that’s nothing that can be fixed. Any problems or questions we had, the hosts responded quickly and rectified the issues.

The house was one of the absolute best we have ever stayed in. Our kids were entertained the entire time. The location is perfect. The sleeping arrangements were perfect and comfortable.

Everything was as advertised pool was great bedrooms were clean and as advertised I really loved that everything worked

Overall the place was great…this was the second time my family and I have stayed here and it did not disappoint. The house was perfect for us and the outdoor area was amazing. The pool was well taken care of and the outdoor area overall worked perfect for our needs. Also it was a very short walk to an amazing beach.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very short walk to a beautiful beach and the house fit our family perfectly. The management company was extremely prompt to any need that we had that arose. Fast, friendly service. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, ping pong...rented a boat one day. Close to everything desirable in Destin. Highly recommend.

It was a good stay, the house could have been cleaned a bit better (all doors (cabinet, pantry, front, etc.)need wiping down, floors needed to be mopped not just swept.) The house is beautiful, for the price I would expect a bit more upkeep. I know the weather can be harsh, but this house needs some TLC (paint, outside banisters replaced, yard cleaned up (trash in the backyard is an eyesore when walking up to back apt )

We have a family of 12 that stayed and it fit us all very comfortably. We hope to stay again next year!!

We stayed here with our children and grandchildren, all adults over 18. Lots of space to both be together and also be alone.Great outdoor area with pool, that all could enjoy. Easy walk to beach. Very minor issues were immediately addressed. Would stay here again with no hesitation!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Casa Verde! The location, heated pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, and cabana with grill and outdoor tv provided constant entertainment for everyone! Management was great to deal with. Highly recommend

Loved this rental. Had all the amenities and so close to a great part of the beach! Kids loved the pool and outdoor pool table and ping pong tables. No complaints! Lots of bedroom/ bathroom options. Everyone was comfortable!

We had a group of 3 families with kids ranging from 9 - 14. The house is a perfect location just about 150 yards from the beach. It is clean, and the backyard is great for families!

Location to the beach was great, just a short walk to a lit up cross walk onto the board walk. Very easy for families with kids. Fit a large extended family well and gave some privacy to those that needed it with the separate house. Beds (that I know of) were comfortable. The management company was very responsive with any questions or concerns. We were there while a hurricane was brewing near and they came to secure everything and checked in on us. . We would definitely stay again!
