Acqua Cottage & Carriage House - Private Pool south of 30A in Rosemary Beach

The outdoor space of this home is great, multiple places to hang out. A short walk to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, but does not have any basic spices, foil, etc. one roll of paper towels. The house could use some interior painting, but overall was nice. Biggest complaint, no beach towels or anything for the beach. Had to go to CVS and buy 4 towels that cost 80. I have never stayed in a beach house with out beach towels.

Overall a great property with all the attractions and amenities. Could use a bit more care to cleanliness. Overall would stay again

Great outdoor spaces and perfect for our girls weekend - we had one issue with a shower draining but they had workers out within hours to fix for us.

We loved the house! Plenty of room. Great location! I really loved how easy it was to communicate with the rental company. And thank you so much for sending cleaners in the middle of the week!! The pool was well taken care of and clean. A few things we wish were there were beach towels, and extra blankets. Also it would be helpful if you gave suggestions where we could donate leftover paper supplies and unopened food etc. we ended up taking ours to some locals who own a store down the street.

The carriage house was included and proved to be accommodating for my parents who joined us during our week. It gave them privacy and added quiet if they wanted to turn in early. The main house was clean and well-appointed. The pool was a bit smaller than we’ve had at previous rentals, but served its purpose and was great! I was initially nervous about noise level as the property backs right to 30A, but it was surprisingly very quiet. The location is a quick walk to the beach and walkable to all the shops and restaurants at Rosemary we love. We strolled the summer farmers market on Sunday and bought some great local items. Such a great stay and we highly recommend this property! The management is also very responsive should any questions arise.

We had to call and have black mold cleaned in the carriage house shower. There is missing grout and the floors need a good scrubbing with bleach!

Spent spring break with our daughter and one of her friends. Great location that was an easy walk to the beach and offering at rosemary beach. The pool and hot tub were fantastic to hang around in the late afternoon / early evening.

The outdoor space had so many different, comfortable spaces which we loved. The location is just a couple blocks from the beach and very convenient to downtown Rosemary and the gym/tennis courts.

It’s not a bad rental but it would have better when the weather is hot/warm. The pool heater was out even though we paid in advance, it was replaced but towards the end of our stay, the management company didn’t set the jets on our suggested schedule, the fire pit had a gas leak, etc. there were maintenance issues which put a damper on the rental but in working order it should be a great selection.

Washing machine needs to be replaced. Smells terrible (mildew). Other than that is was a great home.
