This newly built modern cabin offers a secluded escape in the woods of McCall, providing the perfect balance of wilderness tranquility and downtown convenience. Located on a private lane with filtered lake views, the home is just steps away from the slow-moving waters of “The Meanders,” perfect for summer paddleboarding.
The interior is a masterclass in mountain-modern design, centered around a grand living room with vaulted ceilings, custom wood paneling, and asee-through gas fireplace that connects to the dining area. Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, which features high-end Thermador appliances, stone countertops, a waterfall-edge island with seating for five, and a walk-in pantry stocked with essentials.
The thoughtful layout accommodates groups comfortably with four distinct sleeping areas, including two luxurious king master suites, one on each level, featuring king-sized Purple mattresses, radiant floor heating, and soaker tubs. A third ensuite bedroom offers a queen bed.
Upstairs, a unique “Flex Room” with twin beds and a ladder-access loft provides a fun, dedicated space for kids and teens.
The outdoor area is designed for relaxation, featuring a large patio and a second-level deck equipped with a gas fireplace, ideal for cozy evenings under the stars. In the winter months, the cabin serves as a premier basecamp, located only 20 minutes from Brundage Mountain, with immediate access to limitless trails for snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing.
Though the home is only a short drive from the public beaches of Ponderosa State Park and Rotary Park, its peaceful, wooded setting remains its greatest luxury.

Things to note:

This home has camera surveillance that records motion and sound. Camera on the front door entrance & driveway.

NO smoking is allowed on the property. No events. No parties. No fireworks.

No pets. No street parking.

This home has a two-night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4-night stay.

Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.

All of our properties have self-check-in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check-in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

Check-in is any time after 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.

All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided, where required, is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, which is available at several local stores.

Each rental property has a digital guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away. Your digital guest book will be emailed to guests prior to arrival.
