Accessible Duplex Walking Distance to Park, Springs & Trails

The property was very nice. It’s difficult to get around and to the property during Trail of Lights, however. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful property in a beautiful neighborhood, close to Barton Springs. Check-in process was super easy. Kitchen was well stocked with all the tools we needed and beds were so comfortable. Hosts were very communicative and responsive. It was the perfect location for our family vacation!

1 star cleanliness because insides of Washer/Dryer were left dirty inconveniencing us 2 days. Owner had cleaning person come & use the Clean Washer selection & resolved the buildup issue.Dryer had a lot of tiny white debris inside; thought to be a result of using Dryer Sheets!

This home is beautifully decorated and supplied. Comfortable and convenient to enjoy Austin restaurants and live music. Quiet neighborhood, lots of birds. The Barton hills give great views but are not walkable for us seniors. The only disappointment we had was that we could not sit out on the beautiful deck when nearby neighbors were sociably using theirs. The hosts are easy to talk to and nearby if you need anything.

This was a nice property for a family of 4 for the price. It was clean and well maintained. Nice location. Easy check in-check out. Good communication with property manager.

Charming home with all of the essentials for a comfortable stay. Conveniently located nearby eateries, park, and Barton Springs. Beautiful neighborhood nestled in the hills away from the city life but close enough to get to the ongoing events the city offers. Cynthia and Peach communicate thoroughly to ensure a smooth stay. Highly recommended for a memorable family getaway.

This property was well stocked with lotion, facial wipes, condiments, laundry supplies, dishwashing items and many more items. The location was ideal for visiting in Austin and nearby areas. This is a very quiet neighborhood, which made sleeping easy.

Visiting my daughter and this was the perfect play for us. We watched football on Sunday afternoon. Plenty of room for all of us. Location is perfect for all things austin! Great hosts !

Perfect for a family of 3 or 4. Great location-close to many excellent restaurants and beautiful Barton Springs. We went for a boat ride on the river and had a lovely evening. Great communication from the owners, kitchen is well stocked, and the neighborhood is super chill. Would definitely stay again!

The duplex was well kept, nicely decorated and in a good location. Near Zilker Park and MoPac, which gave us relatively easy access to points north. Cynthia was very responsive.Would definitely stay here again.

We have always had a bad experience when staying in Austin, until now! We had the best trip because of this house! Love the location and that it is in a quiet area - getting good sleep is a must for us! If we ever come back to Austin, we will stay here again!

Cynthia and Peach are such great hosts that we had to return to Austin to stay with them again! The kitchen was well stocked and organized. It had everything we needed. If we return to Austin there is no doubt where we will stay!
