Stayed Jun 28, 2024The host was very easy to communicate with and gave very detailed instructions on how to access the property. We stayed for a month while our daughter was playing in beach volleyball tournaments throughout SoCal. It took us 7-10 minutes to get to the pier. The location was very central to a lot of things and right next to a lovely park that even our older teens enjoyed. The host gave wonderful recommendations for places to dine and shop which was very helpful. The roof top was a huge bonus as our whole family enjoyed playing ping pong, corn hole, and lounging in the hammock. The kitchen had everything you’d need to cook meals. The rooms and master bathroom were more spacious than we expected, and it was nice to have a large shower and soaking tub. I was a little worried about it being right by the Santa Monica airport, but it was very quiet and the kids loved watching the planes arriving and departing from the rooftop. The home is very nice and modern with large windows to let in a lot of light. Overall, we were very happy with the host and their property and would stay there again.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023My family and I had the best month long stay here! The owner is incredibly sweet and helpful and was great with communication! The house was clean, modern, peaceful, safe, and prepped for us when we arrived to instantly make it feel like home. My wife, kids, and I would walk every morning to amazing coffee and breakfast spots and end every night with a glass of wine by the fire on the gorgeous roof top deck. If you have been looking for the best rental in Santa Monica you just found it!
