This property sets the new standard for us! Very clean and perfect touches! Shampoo and conditioner, bikes and beach gear ready to use. The location was ideal. Comfy beds and furniture. Well stocked kitchen/dishes/pots and pans. Quiet neighborhood that felt very safe!

A very nicely appointed home with lots of personal touches. The host responds quickly to questions and provides clear communications prior to arrival. We enjoyed our stay and would return on a future trip.

Stayed here for a 3 day golf trip. We arrived a few hours before check in and I contacted property manager and they let us in early so we could change before our 3:00 tee time. Condo was exactly what we needed. We had 4 adults and plenty of room. Nice quiet area. Looks just like pictures that are posted. Very clean and reasonable price. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Super clean, extremely comfortable beds and beautiful condo for our friend reunion. The shopping and restaurants were all a short easy drive from here. Did not have time to use the pool. Nice to be able to use their beach accessories!

The home was beautiful and immaculate! We loved the beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, and the rest of the amenities this place came with. Having the pool was a bonus! We would love to come back and stay at this home again! At Simons Island is so special.

Our family vacation to St. Simons was excellent! This townhome had plenty of space and all of the essentials we needed to be able to enjoy the week. The home is beautiful, well decorated, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen had basically everything and the grill worked great so our eat in nights were a breeze. Location is just a short drive to the grocery, the pier/restaurants and the beach. We had a great time and hope to return soon!

The townhouse is beautifully decorated and the neighborhood was excellent. We enjoyed the pool and bikes. The only problem we had was there was no blender. Over all it was the perfect place!
