The property manager was the best that we have ever had. You txt, she responded immediately. She helped us make the trip extremely enjoyable

What a stay! This house delivers - kitchen was great and well apportioned. I will say the pictures do not do the pool justice- it was great. We spent a lot of time joying the outdoor space - outdoor furniture was super comfortable. Lake level was fine - had a boat pick us up from the dock for a day on the water. The house was clean and plenty of tvs around, which was awesome for watching football over the weekend. Really enjoyed it.

Awesome home

A/C issues the entire stay. Home Theater didn't work when arrived and after they fixed it, the temp when watching a movie was 80-81 in the theater. Washing machine failed, home missing amenities such as napkins, toilet paper, paper towels. One face cloth and one bath towel for each adult guest. Ten pool towels for a week for 10 guests meaning you need to wash each day, (but cant for some of the time since the washing machine was out). Pantry, closets, extra fridges inside and outdoor fridges by the pool, all of the lake deck spaces locked and not for guest use. Had to either store food for the week on the kitchen counter or in the laundry room. Elevator locked meaning only outdoor staircase can be used to access the game room, pool, bunk room, and the downstairs bedroom and 10 of 12 bulbs on the staircase were out. Light bulbs out or missing everywhere on the property. Homeowner wants every guest to sign a liability waiver and a home manager checks on the guests every day, (who also knew very little about the operation of the home). To get to the deck it was 80 metal steps down to the deck with handrails missing and or loose and with all deck amenities locked up made it useless to use or enjoy.

The outdoor entertainment area was phenomenal, plenty of room to enjoy being by the lake on a nice day without giving up much privacy. The location on the lake itself was prime as well, close access to the highway into town and also to the Oasis, a Lake Travis staple.Would recommend doing large family gatherings, bachelor parties, or anything in between at this home. Family stayed for a birthday celebration. Patrick, our house manager was amazing and readily available. The property was beautiful and very clean.
