Welcome to the Hillside Oasis by ABOVE Vacation Residences. Just a short walk from the breathtaking Commons Ford Park on Lake Austin, This home is the perfect retreat for gathering with friends and family. The open floorplan features a chef's kitchen, living area and sitting area. The dining room seats 8 people just off the kitchen which also has bar seating. The media room upstairs features two gaming TVs and a set of bunk beds. The outdoor dining table seats 14 with 4 barstools nearby. Withrocking chairs, a tv, fireplace and full outdoor kitchen, we guarantee that this is where you will be making your memories. There is an additional outdoor lounge area with outdoor tv and sofa, foosball, and grill. This property is regularly set for 12 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 14 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

Cleaning Standards: We follow strict CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, focusing on high-touch areas.

Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.

Booking Info: All bookings must be pre-approved. “Click to book” is a request, not a confirmation, ensuring alignment with Homeowner and Guest expectations.

Pets: Pets are considered at this property pending Owner approval prior to arrival. There is a pet fee of $500 to cover extra cleaning. Any damages due to a Guest pet will be charged against Guest deposit.

No events or outside vendors are permitted that will exceed the capacity of the house without written pre-approval from ABOVE Vacation Residences.
