The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and filled with everything an active family or group could want. From paddle boards and pickleball to ping pong, air hockey, and more, there was no shortage of ways to stay entertained.The location is unbeatable—right on the water with gorgeous views all day long. Whether we were enjoying morning coffee by the water, walking through the neighborhood, or watching the Ryder Cup from the pool, the setting was simply incredible.Our group of 13 had more than enough room to spread out. Each bedroom had its own vanity, which made it easy to have a little privacy, and the beds were very comfortable. Even with such a large group, we never once felt crowded.This home is truly Elite. Fun was had by all, and it made for a celebration we’ll never forget. Highly recommend for groups looking for space, comfort, and endless activities in a stunning waterfront setting!

Wonderful property!

Great location for a lake weekend getaway. Concierge was great coordinating food and massages. Plenty of options for boats to pick you up off your dock for sightseeing, wake boarding etc.

The house is situated in an upscale neighborhood with a beautiful view of Lake Austin. You are assigned a house manager who meets you at your arrival and makes sure your stay goes smoothly. They are available 24/7 with anything you need. The house is very spacious with everything you could want. The bedrooms are spacious and the bedding and linens are luxurious and very comfortable. The kitchen has two islands and is big enough for a large family. The game room has anything you could want! They also have a game closet with board games and toys for kids. The backyard is huge....you can’t tell that from the pictures. There is plenty of fun for the whole family outside. From the sand volleyball to the sports court, there is something for everyone to do. They have pool toys and every ball you could want for the sports court. There are kayaks and paddle boards, including life jackets also. The house was very clean upon arrival and the decor is beautiful. We rented a boat one day that picked us up right at the boat dock in the backyard. The sandy beach was a big hit with the kids. I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful home. We will be back❤️

We were so happy to be back…..They are incredible! Nothing was missed! And that’s hard for 17pp ranging from 2-82!Love this place!Never left property….no need to….its amazing!

Spacious, well taken care of, and perfectly situated by the river—an ideal spot for a relaxing weekend getaway.

Pros: the home is beautiful and has room for all your needs. The pool and sports court were great for the kids. Luke the manager was very responsive and did a great job trying to resolve issues we had during our trip. Cons: there are a lot of rules, additional fees that for me someone who has used VRBO for many years were beyond unnecessary to try and charge when you are paying the price that they charged. Unfortunately during our stay the yard people were cutting for over an hour one morning keeping everyone out of the backyard. Then immediately after the pool people came and did the cleaning but then had to add chemicals causing us a delay in using the pool for one of our days there. The rooms were not cooling at night so we had to get an AC guy out there.

We had a great time at this beautiful property! The house, pool, lake and dock were all amazing! We loved our time in this home and made great memories. Everything was perfect!

This home is an excellent family home!!

Excellent accommodations and amenities. The material negatives were 1) the large number of rules and penalties fees felt a bit worrisome. 2) the fact that the owner left a car in the garage and thus required the garage to be off limits making it inconvenient to unpack and repack carrying luggage and groceries the long way out the front door to the cars. 3) considering the hefty rental price, felt a bit nickeled and dimed by the fees for heating the pool. 4) No life jackets and paddles for the kayaks when we arrived and did not receive them until afternoon of next day.
