Aah View 242: Dog-friendly oceanfront home with amazing views

The view was beautiful..it was pet friendly even though we decided not to take our pet.

The newer exterior improvements were appreciated. Our family fit well and the location couldn't have been better. The kitchen had most everything we needed to cook and the appliances, with the exception of the blender, all worked well.However much of the interior was dated including the bathrooms, bedroom furniture (mold backside of drawers in second master) and kitchen cabinets. The carpet was well traveled (understandably due to pets). Consider updating furniture throughout the property and either deep clean the carpets or replace with something more durable.This house is due for a thorough cleaning to include mold removal, dusting lamps and pictures and brush/vacuuming the interior wood walls. In closing; the house provided our family with a well deserved vacation. The location was amazing with breathtaking 360 views from the crows nest. Despite the deficiencies we would consider renting this property again for our family and friends.

We enjoyed the great interaction we had with Vacasa. Communication was professional and friendly which was appreciated. Aah View provides exceptional panoramic views of the beach with unbeatable sunrises. The crows nest allowed us to enjoy the sunsets as well. The house was perfect for our family and we hope to return.

We loved the location and house as a whole. Very clean and accurate to how the pictures represented the location. Our only complaint was that the sliding glass doors from the balcony to the kitchen were not properly sealed for rain. It rained Friday and Saturday of our stay, and even with the screen and sliding glass doors shut, water continually dripped in from outside. We ended up putting towels on the floor to try and keep the water from pooling. When those soaked through, we used the garbage cans from the bathrooms to collect the dripping water for the remainder of the trip. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, but were disappointed by the water leaking into the kitchen. Would absolutely recommend the house and location though.

The place is great for a multi-generational family. Beach access was great. Lots of space for gathering and for privacy. Spectacular decks on every level are worth mentioning. The cleaning service was very good but regular house maintenance was wanting. Bathtubs old hot tubs were essentially not usable. The outdoor space was not well maintained nor was the outdoor shower. The kitchen was well equipped and all the appliances appear to have been updated recently. The pool community pool that was advertised has not been available since 2022.

Would have loved to have private pool will look for that next time.

We loved them home! Great layout, well stocked kitchen, beautiful views. The home is in waling distance to a couple of restaurants. The pool that is operated by Vacasa is less than 1/2 mile away and is very nice.

The lay out of this house is very fun and different from other houses we've rented. For a large family it was great to be able to find some private areas to get away from everyone at times. It's the tallest house in the block with an unobstructed 360 view from the top floor. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishware and cups for all! Lots of helpful amenities for beach goer's like outdoor shower, foot wash, fish cleaning, air for tires, and water hoses on every deck entrance. The new vinyl and composite deck made it safe for everyone to enjoy being barefoot and not worry about splinters! Great work on that, very impressed guys!

The view is definitely the best we had. The kitchen was well equipped.

We booked this because there was access to the HOA pool. However there was a sign that said closed for the 2022 season and there was broken glass all around the pool. We rented this specifically because of the pool and the fact that it's being closed the entire season is misleading and it should have been updated. Additionally the internet was off and on and I tried to reach the management company who was just god-awful no responses to messages left worth about half what they have listed for and they should take the pool off it cuz it was very misleading
