Course. Enjoy a spacious, air-conditioned family home that wraps
around a gorgeous backyard/patio area and includes a large basement.

Just minutes from Hotel Del, the beach and Glorietta Bay.

This is a single story home that features four bedrooms and three
bathrooms. The master bedroom has a California King,
a second bedroom and third bedroom have queens and the forth has a king.

A newly remodeled kitchen with granite counters and new appliances
awaits you. Enjoy a book in the library, lounge in a large
comfortable living room or barbecue on the wonderful patio. Above the fireplace in the living room is a large plasma TV. Beyond
the patio is a large enclosed grass yard surrounded with gardens.

The basement is a whole space all to itself. It adds 5 twin beds,
plus a sitting and entertainment area with games and a

The home is in a very quiet neighborhood. A great place for
enjoyable family evenings or a gathering of friends.

Had a wonderful time in Coronado. The home is very comfortable and is located across from the Coronado Golf course. There's a very large backyard with a gas and Weber barbecue and plenty of outdoor furniture. The kitchen has everything you need. Our kids loved the basement.

We had a great week with our 5 teenage children. We planned our trip to correspond with a convention in San Diego, and found the Convention Center very easy and quick to get to - 10 minute drive. The charming home is very well maintained with lots of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped, as is the linen closet. We would have liked to help get the linens started in the wash, but there was no laundry soap available:( The patio has a fire pit with wood supplied, which made for a very nice evening. I highly recommend this home if you will be in the area for any length of time. It is very comfortable, the location can't be beat and the owner is great to work with! Thanks for helping us make some great memories!

If your holiday corresponds to a vacancy in this home, you better grab it! We loved our stay, but sadly they are booked for the next 2 years during our required period. You might be lucky though! 1) the owners are flexible, low-key, easy to work with 2) location is unbeatable 3) huge private garden/patio that is rare in Coronado 4) lots of extra linens and towels 5) plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group 6) bikes and beach equipment for your use In my opinion, you could not improve this rental in any way shape or form.
