A well-appointed getaway near beach, Wifi, Gas grill, Fireplace

House was very clean , it was cozy , location was perfect , 3 beautiful beaches within 3-5 min drive around the corner perfect . House had all amenities needed. Just needed a bbq brush/cleaner none found to clean grill. Bbq Grill was filthy in and out .

Gorgeous home in quiet neighborhood close to the Chatham airport and downtown airport. Would stay again!

This house was perfect for three of us attending a wedding at the Chatham Bars Inn. The den/tv room is beautiful and comfortable. The bedrooms are smallish but functional as are the bathrooms. If you need to be in Chatham for a function it is great but I would not call nit vacation home-no pool and not near beaches. If you have no need for resort amenities it is much better value for money than two rooms at the Chatham Bars Inn (less than half the cost during high season-July). The house is less than 2 miles from the the center of Chatham. The house is extremely clean and very quiet despite close proximity to the only route into town from the West, which also makes it very convenient. The size of the property is small but surprisingly private. The Vacasa pictures are very accurate. We would gladly return for another function but not a destination vacation to spend a lot of time at the house.

We needed a family-friendly home for me, my mother, and two children close to downtown Chatham. We were happy with this house which was clean, safe, spacious, and well-appointed. It was driving distance to the downtown area and close to local beaches. The owner should add more cooking equipment (pans), board games, and more hairdryers. But the toiletries were nice and there was plenty of space for luggage. We would stay here again.

This house was a great size and a good location. We enjoyed it very much. The price was reasonable considering both the size and location. You cannot walk to downtown. You can ride bikes to the beach. Overall it was great. I do wish it had better cooking equipment. And there is currently a collection of brown bags where the cutting boards live. These are small issues but we cook a lot and it was a little awkward. The beds were very comfortable and was a nice house.

Great space for a group or family. The sunroom area was a nice place to gather. Easy access to Chatham.

The house was extremely clean, well decorated, and had a great location. The town’s shopping district was a short 6 minute drive. The beds were comfortable, there was lots of room for a family to spread out, and the amenities were great. Travel time to Martha’s Vineyard ferry and whale watching was aprox. 1 hour for each activity from the home. We would stay here again!

Renting the property in Chatham was extremely easy. Everything was just as stated and the location was great. Would rent it again when in the area.
