A Villa Lago - 30A, Waterfront on Eastern Lake, Gulf Views, Private Pool + Dock!

Beautiful home with views of Eastern Lake and a lovely dock with chairs and just a few houses down from beach access. We stayed in early November and the ocean water was absolutely perfect. The house was very comfortable for our family of 6 and could have held a few more easily. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, ect but there were no coffee filters (this seems like an easy thing to provide) or spices other than salt and pepper. I was disappointed that the kayak shown in the house photo was not present and although there was a small boat, there were no paddles for it. All in all, lovely home in a great location.

This is a very nice property in a very nice neighborhood. The home is a warm and inviting. One of our daughters-in-law, who is an artist, said as soon as we walked in, “If I were to design a home it would look like this.”There are multiple places to sit: living room, screened-in porch, several areas by the pool, and at the end of the dock. The kitchen is well-stocked. The beach is just a few minutes away. Shopping is a bit longer of a walk. There is a long paved bike trail just minutes away. Our family has stayed in multiple homes along 30A and we would stay here again.

The house is amazing, clean and comfortable!!!! Beautiful lake at the back side and two minutes to the beach. We enjoyed and had fun!

A Villa Lago was the perfect place for our family and friends to gather! The location is ideal and the amenities offered everything we needed. The house is comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked. The screened porch and outdoor patio by the lake gave us lots of options for every day - whether it was sunny, cloudy, rainy, warm or cool. We would highly recommend A Villa Lago and hope to return next year!

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is wonderful…really close to the beach access. The house is nice and had all we needed. We had one maintenance issue and it was addressed very quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home is lovely and conveniently located. Just a short walking distance to the beach. It was so nice that all the bedrooms had king size beds and private baths and the kitchen was better supplied than any place we’ve ever stayed. We would definitely stay here again.
