A Tranquil Retreat Loaded With Ambiance - A TRUE Escape from the Hustle & Bustle

Our stay at Camp LaVie was absolutely amazing! We were traveling for a baseball tournament with a group of 6 kids and 2 adults, and the experience couldn’t have been better.The accommodations were wonderful, but what truly made our stay special was Pam. On our second day, we had the unexpected misfortune of getting a flat tire. I reached out to Pam for help, and she immediately responded with a phone call, offering assistance and making sure we were taken care of. Her kindness, compassion, and willingness to help went above and beyond anything we expected.It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days, and Pam made us feel truly welcome and supported. We are so grateful for her help and for the wonderful experience we had at Camp LaVie. We highly recommend staying here and would gladly return in the future!

This was such a lovely little spot to relax outside of town and away from the hustle and bustle. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and right on top of a minor maintenance issue that arose. We would absolutely book again.

This is the cutest little cabin in the woods, it’s peaceful and so tranquil. The owners were so sweet and accommodating, she checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed and it was all to our liking, which it absolutely was! It was such a great time, we can’t wait to go back and do some more Texas Fishing!! :)

This property is adorable! So warm and welcoming! It was beautifully decorated for Christmas!! The outdoor area was lovely and provided the “get out of town” feel we were hoping for. Definitely exceeded our expectations!

We had a family Christmas weekend of playing games, exchanging gifts, and lots of eating. The place was very clean with large bathrooms and ample parking as we had 6 vehicles. We spent our time indoors because of the weather but the outside looked so inviting. We drove to Nacogdoches and it wasn’t a long commute. I would highly recommend this place.

If you don’t need the city, this is a great spot to relax and rest. My best friend and I absolutely loved it. The hosts did a fantastic job of outfitting and decorating the place. Lots of room inside and out. Quiet, private. And it was so clean. We have no complaints. If you plan to cook a big meal though, you might want to bring some kitchen items.

Lovely property! Easy access was provided, exactly as described on the listing. This trip was for a local wedding, we will be back to enjoy the area further.
