Come to Galveston and enjoy A Time to Lime a lovely Beachfront home in the western part of Galveston Island near Pointe San Luis in the Miramar Subdivision. Guests will enjoy a very wide deck from which they have unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. This home has a wide-open, large living/dining/kitchen where guests can gather for games, meals, food preparation, watching TV (free Cable and wifi included).

Guests of A Time to Lime may enjoy the covered downstairs area, pull out thecharcoal grill to the specially built grill pad in the ground - out from underneath the home - the views of the beach are spectacular. Guests who choose A Time to Lime will be pleased with the up-to-date accommodations, exceptional views and most importantly, BEACH ACCESS. It takes about 2 minutes to walk over the sand dune walk-over, then only steps to the water.

Guests will walk upstairs to the lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath home. The Primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, en suite bath with step-in shower, the second bedroom has a king bed and TV and shares the second bathroom with the other bedroom and general use. The third bedroom Mermaid Room is designed with children in mind. One twin over full bunk and another twin over twin bunk for total sleeping capacity of 5 in the third bedroom. A Pack and Play crib is located in primary bedroom closet. Guests must bring the linens to use the Pack and Play crib.

This property is pet-friendly. One dog is allowed with a fee paid at the time of booking. A large dog crate is available for guest use in the master closet. The entire yard is fenced for the safety of your pets and children.

Miramar Beach is located on Galveston's West End, on the beachside, about 17 miles from town, West of Sea Isle and East of Pointe West.

All Ryson properties are non-smoking.

This home is pet-friendly. One pet is allowed. All pets must be registered, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. Outside the home, dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs. Please review Ryson’s Tips for Traveling with Pets for additional information.

We love traveling with our dog as much as you. To keep Time to Lime a pet friendly rental, please follow our rule. Only one dog is permitted with a pet cleaning fee paid at the time of booking. If the pet cleaning fee is not paid at the time of booking and a dog(s) is discovered on the property, then the pet fee will double per dog and/or eviction will occur. Please help us avoid any type of penalty by following the one dog prepay rule described above. We want all of our guests including your fur-baby to enjoy a Time to Lime. The entire backyard is fenced for the safety of your pet and children.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.


EXTENDED STAYS

Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

    We really liked the house. It was clean and well-equipped. The only thing the kitchen could use is more dish towels. The path to the beach was a little overgrown and challenging, but we made it work. We would stay here again.

    Everything was organized to perfection. Kitchen was well equipped and even had snacks. Plenty of games and beach toys available. Plenty of room in kitchen and living room. Master was huge. Crazy cool fan in both bathrooms. Fenced in yard for the dog even though he was able to jump over it.     Everyone in our 3-generation family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. We stayed just two weeks after Hurricane Beryl, so had concerns about the condition of the house. But everything about the house was excellent - cleanliness, amenities, comfy beds, AC, plenty of seating, lighting, porch. We hope to return. We did wish the walkway to the beach went over the second sand dune, because the rain water pooled and we had to sop through a small swamp.
