A 100m2 garden with a terrace, facing south.(BBQ, garden table and chairs, parasol). Ideal family.
The nautical center of Groix is at the end of the chemin de Port-Mélite, ie 2 minutes from the house. Sailing lessons, and boat rental by the hour.

Stayed Sep 3, 2022The apartment is basic but it has all that one needs, we liked the interior and decorations. The garden was very pleasant. With 5 minutes walk from the sea and the silence it is a perfect place to rest and relax. The contact with the owner and with the lady for check-in were excellent. A real pleasure.

Stayed Oct 2, 2019picture of beach from property is misleading.....20 minute walk each to beach and ferry dock and store.....not for the faint of heart....also 30 euro charge for towels and sheets not mentioned in description....but a nice small cottage....every thing is there.....good working washer....
