Custom built home in a quiet neighborhood that offers a dock for water recreation and large porches for gathering with friends and family. Badin Lake is a large lake surrounded by the protected Uwharrie National Forest. For true nature lovers this area offers great fishing, boating, camping, hiking, bird watching.

Home is very cozy with 3 levels spanning 2800 square feet. The upper porch is screened in with vaulted ceiling and offers a panoramic view of the lake.

The lower porch has a fire table with sofa and 2 tall adironback chairs overlooking the lake.

Bedrooms :
Master Bedroom is on the main floor with king bed.
Upstairs- 2 bedrooms with King Matrreses next to a full bathroom.
Basement large bedroom has a full bed, twin bed and queen over twin bunk bed.

Main Floor has living room with a power reclining sofa, 2 chairs and 55 TV and Soundbar.

Basement area has 65 TV and Soundbar with sectional sofa. Bar area has a half fridge and icemaker machine. Full Bathroom with Shower and Bathtub next to the bedroom.

New Weber grill is located just off the side porch.

Highspeed Fiber internet Mesh Router System with excellent coverage both inside in out.

Workspace located in the upper left bedroom. 49 Ultrawide Curved Wall mounted Monitor with Docking Station, keyboard and mouse. All you need is your laptop and a Type C Thunderbolt port.

Guest have access to all areas of the home except for owner's closet areas. The dock is accessible to guest but the boat and jet ski's are off limits and monitored by camera.

There is room to fish, hang out on the dock and even dock your own boat while you stay. There is a neighborhood boat launch just 1/2 mile away if you have your own boat or rent a boat at Badin Lake Boats.

Kayaks are available for guest use but must be stored in the appropriate area. Life Jackets are usually available but it is the responsibility of guest to follow all applicable laws while on the water.

Although guest will have full use of the property, owner has the right to come on the premises to access boat and jet skis but will not interfere with the guest during their stay.
