The Caves

Dating back millennia but discovered over a century ago, the caves feature dramatic stalagmites and stalagtites and a deep pool of turquoise water. Formerly a tourist attraction, the Caves are fully lit and very safely accessed by concrete staircases and railings, and a recently built wooden platform and dock.
Guests staying at Leamington Caves have exclusive access to explore and swim in this extraordinary natural wonder.

We had a lovely stay in Bermuda, the house and the grounds and the cave were all above and beyond expectations, Andrew was the perfect host and saw us on arrival and depature and as well was a most informative guide for our visit to the cave, thank you! We will be back.......
Awesome place to stay and see the caves with close proximity to golf
My partner and I wanted to have a private and comfortable place to stay in Bermuda. We were also looking for something historic with loads of local charm. Luckily, we came across the Leamington Cave property and booked it. The guest house is an historic building with great details and furnishings. The house has many gathering rooms including a bar, an octagonal music room, and dining room. Everything is clean and tidy. Outside there is a private patio that's perfect for sunbathing or star gazing. The property's landscaping is gorgeous and well maintained. As a special treat, the owners gave us a tour of the cave that is adjacent to the house. We were expecting a small underground chamber, but words do not convey the beauty of this sprawling underground system of rooms. Being inside the cave is truly awe inspiring! Our hosts were very kind and helpful during the stay. We reached out to them several times and they gave us great suggestions for beaches and restaurants. We would give 10 stars if we could! Can't wait for a return visit.
There are two properties here, the main (large) house and the 'small' house where we stayed. The 'small' house is still probably around 2500 sq.ft. So probably as large as most people's houses. The house was very clean, well-furnished and very comfortable. Scott, the property manager, met us when we arrived and is extremely responsive and will do anything for you while you are there. We were extremely pleased with our stay. A few things to note...you really need transportation while you are there. Walking anywhere is really not an option. The house pool may not be available if the main house is rented. Regardless, I would highly recommend the property.
Had an amazing overnight stay. The house was perfect and the property manager / host has great communication throughout the entire stay
