Superb. The air purifiers were a great touch. Very close to all the places we wanted to see.

Christian was a great host. He communicated well and even arranged for my Amazon package to be brought inside. It arrived a few hours before me. The house was really nice and clean. The upstairs is a warmer than the two bedrooms downstairs since the AC comes from the ground floor. We ended up sleeping in one of the downstairs bedrooms since we like it to be really cool when we sleep. That worked out well for us. We didn’t utilize the pool at all, since we were busy with the event that brought us to Athens. There are permanent tenants downstairs, but we never even saw them. It was a nice, quiet place to stay.

The home was very spacious and amenities upper scale. The neighborhood is a mature area and quiet. We would recommend.

Our day was very enjoyable. The home had everything you would need and check in with seamless. Communication with the host was very easy and quite responsive. We did enjoy the recommendations for eating out and partook in both the Mexican restaurant which was excellent and the hibachi which was packed. Should we be back in that area in the future? We will definitely look to stay here once again.

This home was the perfect, spacious placefor our fall break visit to Athens. A quick drive to UGA campus, it allowed our family to come back after the game and relax in comfort and privacy and to explore so many close restaurants and more on the East Side. Would be grateful for the chance to return again on future visits. Communication was instant and the amazing property is even more wonderful than the photos!

The house was very clean as well as the pool. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Great communication with Christian before, during and after our stay. He was very attentive and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed I stayed at this house in September 2024 and this September 2025 for a UGA football game. I highly recommend this house.

We really enjoyed our visit to Athens and the property. We came for a tennis camp and also to see a football game. The house is nice and it was neat to have a pool with a large outdoor pool. The location is ideal being close to both the university of Georgia and also to numerous restaurants. The owner, Christian, was also extremely attentive and checked on us on several occasions which I appreciated as well.

We stayed 3 days with our 2 granddaughters and grandson who is a UGA student. The house is nicely updated and very roomy; I appreciated the beautiful master bathroom. The beds were so comfy; Granddaughters wanted to take their mattresses home!! Very relaxing, wooded and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the private pool….perfect escape in the extreme heat this week! Christian was a great communicator and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Christian for your attentiveness.

This was the perfect place for my family and I to stay while visiting Athens this summer. The pool was extremely refreshing, the beds were very comfortable, and we loved being just outside the city, away from campus. It was a peaceful, yet jam packed trip to do and see all things Bulldawgs. I highly recommend this property for your next visit to Athens.

This is a beautiful home. We loved it so much. The first day we went swimming. The pool in the backyard was fantastic :). The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The kitchen is very pretty. A nice property with plenty of space and great proximity to UGA. Our family of 5 enjoyed relaxing poolside and the comfortable beds and sheets. Quiet neighborhood. Property manager super attentive and great to work with. Master suite is beautiful!

Clean and comfortable home with huge lot. House is even better in person. The owner was highly communicative and responded to all our questions/requests immediately. Would definitely stay again. I highly recommend the home to families, or even three couples. The master suite is really nice. Lots of birds and nature around also. We were in Athens to visit family on Thanksgiving. The house was just as advertised and a perfect layout for my family. The location is in a very quiet neighborhood and would be perfect in the summer with the pool! It was an easy drive into downtown, campus and shopping. My husband and 16 yo son went up to Athens to visit our 21 yo who is at UGA. Christian our host was amazing. He was totally fine to having my son and his 6 friends come hang out enjoy the pool and stay the day. The most phenomenal part was when I could not locate the cornhole boards Christian insisted on having new ones sent to the house. Needless to say all the boys enjoyed. Thank you Christian for your attentiveness. We will definitely be back

The house was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. My family and I enjoyed attending a UGA football game on a very hot day to come back to the house, enjoy the pool and grill hamburgers. The communication with Christian was great. He was very welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend this house.
