Beautiful hideaway in the woods but within walking distance of the beach, shops, and parks!

This is our 2nd stay in this house and a clear winner! Secluded with barbeque grill and TVs in every room. Very relaxing. The host (Cyndy Franklin) is super efficient, helpful and friendly!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic. An easy walk to the beach and town. We barely used our car once we arrived. Necessities like paper products were available for use if needed prior to providing your own. We would stay here again!

location was only a few blocks from the beach. it was close enough to be a part of everything but far enough to have privacy.

Myself and 5 friends had a wonderful girls trip in this lovely and spacious beach home. The location is ideal, we were able to walk to the boardwalk and beach. Plus it’s just a short ride down to OCMD for more shopping and night life. Already saved this home in my favorites for next year!

Old friends spent the weekend for a concert at Freeman, enjoyed great restaurants and a bit of beach time between the showers. The house has a great layout for a group and everything was clean and fresh.

The property was exactly as pictured on the VRBO app. It is just off the beaten path, but very close to everything we needed. Communication with the owner was excellent. Our only struggle was actually finding the house the first time. But when we called the owner she gave excuses directions.Would certainly like to stay there in the future

What a beautiful house with lots of amenities, a TV in every room, outside gasgrill and nice deck. Just 10mins walk from the beach! We had a fantastic stay with a great host!

We stayed off season to visit family in the area. The location is perfect. So close to the beach at Bethany, yet tucked away on a quiet, private lane. I loved that the bedrooms are upstairs, leaving the downstairs available for entertaining. There's plenty of seating inside and on the deck where we could keep an eye on the kids playing in the yard. Since it was chilly, we enjoyed using the electric fireplace. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and have a little birthday celebration too. Another thing about the location that I appreciated was how nice and dark it is at night. I slept great. You can tell the owner takes pride in this property. We were only there for a weekend, and I wished we had more time. entertaining.

Perfect for a relaxing trip

This is our second year renting this spot and we absolutely love the property, location, and access to downtown area. The home has a low key, laid back beach vibe in a serene location that meets all our needs. We fell in love with Bethany Beach partly because of the memories we’ve made on our vacations at this home. Communication with host was responsive and helpful/ looking forward to next year!

This is our favorite place in Bethany. My children have a blast each time we go. It is convenient and has everything we need.

The property was well maintained and at the end of a quiet street. Each room was accurately described and quiet. The host was also quick to respond to all our questions. And the boardwalk and beach was only a brisk 10 min walk.

We had a great stay for 3 nights on Memorial Day Weekend for our large party with young children. The property was clean and organized. The kitchen was well-equipped (we cooked all our own meals for the duration of the stay). The Bethany boardwalk and beach was easily accessible to walk even with young children in tow. We would stay here again. Guests should note that you will need to bring or your rent your own sheets and towels but this was a known expectation with the booking.
