Stayed May 21, 2025My family had a great time during our stay. We had 8 adults sleeping in the house and had several breakfasts and dinners using the kitchen and kitchen table/family room area to eat, play games and watch television. Several family members enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and Kayaking. We had plenty of linens, bed covers, pillows and kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The ability to park 4 vehicles near the front door was a real blessing. Looking at the neighborhood on the Spit clearly indicates that parking is a premium. We did use all 4 parking areas with family coming from different parts of the US over different period of the 6 days we were in the house. Vacasa was very responsive to a gas fire place issue and had a Tech out to house as soon as possible to resolve. One note for awareness is the 9pm to 8am Quiet period which is enforced, so if you have plan to have late evening family gatherings with all ages you might want to consider another location since using the fire pit or having a lively board game may exceed noise levels and disturb neighbors who;s homes are not more that 10 feet apart. This place is more for a quiet peaceful vacation. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed all the amenities, walking at the Fay Bainbridge Park beach and just enjoying a good cup of coffee on the balcony.

Stayed Jan 14, 2026Overall, this was a great place! Very kid friendly. Had trouble with the key locks working almost the whole time we were there. Seems like the batteries weren’t working or something. But really liked the area and the property. Beautiful.

Stayed Jun 6, 2025This was a fun house in a beautiful location. The one thing that was strange that I didn’t realize going in is that there are three separate areas that require you to go outside and unlock to access. And one of them was the fourth bedroom. So this is cool if you have like two families but for a group of young girls it made things a little tricky. That being said it was very comfortable and we had a great time.

Stayed May 4, 2025Loved the location. Bainbridge is a peaceful spot to vacation and the ferry is easy to pop over to Seattle for the day. Lots of pretty trails and shops that are fun to wander. The game room and fire pit make for a lot of fun hang out time. There is no AC which is fine when you leave windows open for a breeze except for quiet hours being so early and the neighbor not wanting any one to visit after 9 pm. It is really silent hours due to the neighbor so early and it it

Stayed Oct 18, 2024Although Bainbridge Island is lovely and it is nice that this property is on the beautiful water (and a lot of the home was clean), that is mostly where the goodness stopped. This was the most under stocked rental we have ever stayed in. Not enough toilet paper, no extra trash bags, no hair dryer, no coffee filters, BARELY any salt and it ran out…and really nothing in the “pantry drawer” (3 sandwich bags, no olive oil, etc). The signs from the neighbors were incredibly inhospitable and the quiet hours started at 9pm. The fireplace in the main room didn’t work and it was a TRUE headache to deal with Vacasa…and wasn’t able to communicate with the owner. This was a sterile experience at best! There are lots of lovely places on Bainbridge! We would NOT recommend staying here! I am writing this because this would have been helpful for us to have seen before we booked here.

Stayed Aug 31, 2024We had a wonderful time at this house. It’s in a beautiful location and we took advantage of the provided kayaks to check out the area from the water. Lots of seabirds, a seal or two and a river otter playing on the dock next door. The kitchen was very well-appointed, the game room was fun and the beds were comfortable. If we come back to Bainbridge Island, we will stay here again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house is absolutely gorgeous and well appointed with full stocked and chef kitchen. The house has many areas for sitting, reading, and having conversations. The downstairs was interesting but we did utilize it that much and wished that we stayed longer to have its full use. The views from every room is so gorgeous and the bedrooms and bathrooms are well decorated. The master bedroom’s bed is a bit hard and needs of new fitted sheets (Costco has wonderful hotel collection) and a feather bed to soften the mattress firmness. The kitchen is a chef’s kitchen and needs more knives. The parking is plentiful and the neighborhood is very friendly. Overall, this is an excellent house and thank you for sharing it with us.

Stayed Jul 1, 2024We loved this place!! Beautiful views of the water in both sides of the house. Quiet neighborhood and time to rest. It was within walking distance of the beach, where we saw the fireworks off of Seattle. We visited downtown several times which is just as charming! Plenty of room for all six of us, including cooking together! Open windows bring in a sweet breeze and was so comfortable to hang out. We enjoyed the kayaks, too! We had daily visitors with the seals, herons, and bald eagles. We highly recommend this place and would love to return again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Unbelievable views from the entire property! Can't believe this house is so close to Seattle and the ferry terminal, but felt like a getaway to paradise far away! Loved kayaking in the lagoon and the sound. We saw amazing wildlife every day--bald eagles, herons, otters, and crabs. The kitchen is fantastic and we ate wonderful meals both inside and on the patio. Loved being able to make espresso drinks for the whole family from the coffee bar. The house is so comfortable and set up for full group get togethers and individual quiet time alike. Loved the fun decor inside and out. Will be back!
