A Sea Shell on the Beach - great place for a beach vacation.

The host is attentive to detail, and the home is the perfect beach retreat. Our family had another wonderful stay this Thanksgiving. The walk to the private beach is quick and view of the ocean is stunning from the balconies. Love this place!

This property exceeded our expectations. After a rough couple of years we were looking for a quiet beach property where we could get away and relax for two weeks.

Hosts were very communicative. Very close to the beach and we loved the private beach area.

Unit was amazing, location was perfect! Love having the empty private beach while areas down the beach are packed in like sardines :) close enough to get to the restaurants and shops easily but feels like you are tucked away on a private road! Will definitely return again!!!

This property was such a perfect place for my family. The townhome is very nice with everything you need during your stay. The beautiful private beach is amazing wit easy access and just steps away. The area is nice and quiet and close to good food. I would definitely recommend Walton Dunes 5 and can't wait to come back.

My wife and I stayed 34 nights at this townhouse and we would rate it 5. Great location right on the beach which is gated, private and not crowded. The townhome is beautiful and quiet. Tom was a great host and always responded to any questions within 5-10 minutes.

This condo is so lovely, comfortable, fully equipped with everything anyone would want, decorated with style. The view is amazing and having 3 decks is a real bonus. The outdoor gulf side setting is quiet and serene. My first reaction when we opened the drapes was WOW. The hosts were thoughtful and responsive A very positive experience in every respect.

This property and location was excellent...much better than expected. The unit was beautifully updated and had plenty of space for our family. There is a public beach access close by which only caused minimal disruption to us riding bikes in the area. We had a great Thanksgiving weekend here!

I have stayed in Tom and Carla's beautiful unit many times and it is always wonderful. Tom stands available for any problems that may arise, but they rarely do! They have covered all the bases and made sure their guests can enjoy a relaxing, stress-free vacation.

We have been coming to 30A for years and this is absolutely our favorite spot hands down. The property is fantastic, it is well maintained (we notice update difference year over year) and the location just can't be beat. Tom is also a completely fantastic host. Always quick to respond to communication and the most cordial host as well. His involvement in the property alone makes it worth booking, but everything else is beyond compare as well so why would you look anywhere else? If you are looking for a perfect spot to stay on 30A, this is it. We love it so much we book our next trip as soon as we can and begin immediately counting down the days! Thank you Tom!

First timers to the area and were very impressed with the location. Literally steps to a very private beach and right in the middle of any attraction or restaurant you may want to go to. Space was clean, quiet and comfortable for a family of five with three kids 7 and under.

This is the third unit we’ve stayed in at Walton Dunes, and the one we’re most likely to return to! The unit itself is clean and comfortable, and and had everything we needed for a family of four. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and clean—everything was just easy. The kids loved the bunk beds and loft space in their bedroom, and we loved the comfortable bed and ample storage in the primary. It’s literal steps from a perfect, private access beach, so you don’t have to worry about getting out at the crack of dawn to claim a spot. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this unit again—thanks for a wonderful week!

We enjoyed staying at this condo so much. It exceeded our expectations. Location, cleanliness, space for everyone to spread out, everything was spot on. Highly recommend and would book again.

This was a beautiful 3 level home with great views only a very short walk to the beach. The property was very nice and the owners were easy to work with. My granddaughters and I had a lovely girls' trip here. The bedrooms were comfortable and everything was just perfect for us.

We loved this place so much and will definitely stay there again. The condo was just as pictured and even better. We loved the location in Santa Rosa. The beach was private for the condo only so there was a lot of room for us especially since it is right next to Deer Park. Lovely families staying in the other condos which made for a great experience also. The only negative is that there is little to no cell service in the condo if you have Verizon. We were able to get texts with the wifi and had cell service down on the beach.

The proximity to the private beach was great. The condo itself was very nice--clean and just right for a family of four adults. The only issue we had was with at check-in when we discovered housekeeping had not been done. The owner responded and arranged housekeeping, but we had to leave for 3-4 hours after check-in. The owner was apologetic and gave us a $100 restaurant gift card. Things happen sometimes... Regardless, we were pleased with our experience and would stay here again.
