A rare gem close to downtown Anchorage!

Host was very responsive, and had a great booklet with suggestions for the surrounding area. House was extremely clean and description was very accurate.

If you are looking for an amazing experience in Anchorage start here! You will be close to everything and since it is so comfortable you will be well rested. Our family recommends this, the host could not have been more gracious. When we come to Anchorage again you can bet we will be staying there. Clean, comfy and beautiful! A block away walking trails next to the water. Don’t wait and miss out!

Owner was great at communicating and responding to questions. The home is in a great area and was well stocked and comfortable. There were 6 in our party and plenty of space for all. Strongly recommend this home.

Twenty stars out of five!! This felt like we were all in our home. For 9 people it was so comfortable, very spacious. Close to walking trails and beautiful views. Close vicinity to so much. We could not have asked for a better experience in Anchorage. Our host was beyond accommodating. Thank you so much everything.

Check in was easy breezy! The whole home was just as listed and the spaces were bigger than expected! Guest book was extremely helpful and communication was seamless. Additional items such as the pack and play and toys for kids were a bonus. Our family fit comfortably and it was an easy walk to anchorage in a lovely neighborhood. We would stay here again!

Great place to stay! 4 bedrooms, 2 main floor, 2 in basement. Easiest checkout ever!!! Close access to walking path. Host was amazing. Replied to any questions i had swiftly. Thanks for a lovely experience.

Close to downtown and close to water.

Our family stayed in this unit for one night on our way to Seward for a cruise. We were only in the house for about 11 hours to sleep and shower before we had to leave but we were comfortable.

Great home and location. Very well appointed and near trails and downtown. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the house. It made the Alasks visit so much more enjoyable. It was warm and cozy. I would recommend it to anyone.
