We pride ourselves on creating space for memorable family vacations. It is safe and suitable for children or infants. The maximum occupancy limit is 10 guests, including adults and children. We provide one (1) Playpen for infants. Therefore, The maximum number of infants is 2.

This home is centrally located with excellent access to Disneyland, Anaheim Convention Center, Downtown Orange, Angel Stadium, Honda Center, Knott’s Berry Farm, Universal Studios, shopping, dining as well as Old Towne Orange, one of the most charming historic downtown areas in Southern California. Great architecture, great location, great community - come and experience the attributes of midcentury modern living in the celebrated city of Orange. Additionally, quick access to freeway 55, 5, 22… and beaches are just miles away! Don’t miss out on this special place! GUEST ACCESS: Self check-in with keypad anytime after 3 PM-10PM. Guests have access to the entire house and backyard. It is very private, home backs up to a school.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: We will ensure that you will have the best vacation is possible, so don't hesitate to get in touch about anything! Restaurant recommendations, reservations, shopping, beach suggestions or anything for the house, please let us know.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
* Trash day is Wednesday. If you stay during that day, for privacy, please take the garbages/recycling bins to curb on Tuesday night and bring them back in the next day, Wednesday night. Thank you!

* Street Sweeping day is Thursday, so be sure to park in the driveway so you don't get a ticket.

* For your safety, there are cameras in front of the house, the backyard and inside the garage.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
* Overview: This is a very safe, friendly and quiet neighborhood! Please help us respect the neighbors by keeping the noise down after 10 PM. NO outside activities between 10PM - 8AM

Nearby parks (3-7 minutes; 1.2 miles) include Yorba Park, Santiago Creek Bike Trail, and El Modena Park.
Nearby restaurants and bars (0.5 mile) include In-N-Out Burger, The Original Pancake House, Johnny Rebs' Southern Roadhouse, and Sushi 21.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this vacation home.

* Getting around: The house is centrally located, use Uber and Lyft are excellent and inexpensive and avoid paying any parking charges.
