This place was very clean and well mantained. It was a very nice location for us. We especially enjoyed the choice of coffee and snacks left for us. We enjoyed the view from the deck but maybe the steps shoud be mentioned.

Very cute, clean and comfortable stay off the beaten path. Not too far from lots of activities. A parking pass is provided for a lovely beach access. Check-in was a breeze and unit is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay!

It was a quick 2 night trip and perfect for what we wanted. Gorgeous views, close to beach access, close to a perfect sunset view, even close enough to stores while also being private and away from the hustle and bustle. We fully enjoyed our stay - the bed was very comfortable as was the other furniture. Big bathroom with excellent shower pressure. Kitchen stocked with all we needed. We were able to make a full meal without issue. Appreciated the complimentary snacks and water bottles. Very quiet and peaceful area and the few neighbors we saw were very friendly. Highly recommend!

Love this place and location. Clean and comfortable. Especially appreciated the kitchen drawers/cabinets being labeled as it helped finding things as well as returning items to their proper spot. Furniture was comfortable as well as bedroom accomodations. River views were gorgeous. Really enjoyed our stay and bookmarked to return.

The property was so peaceful. I regret not bringing my paddleboard but enjoyed the pier out back. The apartment was so clean and well equipped. Immaculate and well appointed apartment. Very clean and supplied with all the essentials - microwave, coffee machine, silverware and dishes. Bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was up to date. Would definitely re-book when next we come to the Outer Banks.

I had a lovely, relaxing and quiet stay at John's property. It's located on a beautiful cul de sac that backs up to a canal - saw a Snowy Egret looking for frogs twice. The trees around the yard are full of singing birds. It's a great location without all the traffic and noise of the beach. Really comfortable bed and living room. I'm sure I'll be back.

Thank you for offering this clean and well-done property. It smells fresh and new as you walk in. We enjoyed having decent channels to wind down to. The bed was very comfortable and afforded us restful sleeps. sleep.

We came to OBX for a destination wedding. This was a perfect place to stay! Lovely and quiet!

This apartment was just the best. It had everything you would need and more. We were there for a short visit and it was the best. We visited all the marinas and parks in Southern Shores and enjoyed the beach. Supplying the pass for these sites was an unexpected plus. Thank youmWe hope to return for a longer stay next time.

This condo was the perfect weekend getaway! It was very well equipped with comfortable king bed and everything provided. John was a wonderful owner who responded to us very quickly. We can’t wait to return!
