Description

Our cottage is located on beautiful Saratoga Lake, right outside of Saratoga Springs. It is a 10 minute drive to the track and 15 minutes to downtown and SPAC. Featuring a large living area with a full deck overlooking the lake, our home is simply furnished, cozy, and quiet (last house on a dead-end road). Access to the beach and the dock is via stairway off of the deck. Parking is available in the driveway for up to 4 cars.

We have a dock on which you may dock your boats, kayaks, etc. Please note that it is impossible to launch watercraft from our property. You may launch from the NYS boat launch at the north end of the lake, or from one of the privately owned marinas.

We have no cleaning fee for your stay, although please be aware that if excess cleaning is required after your stay, you will be charged an appropriate amount.

Loved this rental for a girls weekend away!! We were able to enjoy the lake and float around while also still getting to enjoy the quietness of the house.
