A Private space close to downtown Boise, green belt and Boise State.

The place itself was great and nice. Just wasnt a fan of the owner being giving us a disrespectful tone late at night. Also wasnt aware owner would be home during the stay. Felt like i was a kid getting scolded. Overall rating 6.0/10.0

Took my guy for a surprise birthday weekend get-away from Hailey and a downtown hotel just seemed too blah and boring...so I choose this particular VRBO. We were both thrilled with everything about this amazing place. Immaculate Nice Bed linens and towels Fantastic Decor Top-Notch construction and furnishings Nothing was needed! If you're ever in the Boise area-treat yourself here. Owners are wonderful :) A+++

The property was a delight to stay at, everything about it was very clean, cozy and inviting. Regulating the temperature was easy and quick thanks to multiple fans and 2 individual AC units. The kitchen was well equipped and maintained. The property being pet friendly was also a huge bonus, our dog loved the stay at Boise as well. I would most definitely recommend this property for any group of 4 people or less. Amazing stay!

Great visit! The location is nicely secluded but still within walking distance of many shops and towns. Very accomidating and especially clean! Had everything we forgot to bring :)

Great little place

The hosts were very amiable and accommodating. They made the stay very comfortable and super easy. I accidentally walked into the first floor of their house because I didn’t realize the space we were staying in was attached to their house but up their back porch stairs and to the right (behind the house not the front) there was probably some instructions over email about that that I didn’t see or understand properly. Besides that little mix up the stay was amazing.

Our stay at John’s place was absolutely excellent! The reservation process was simple, and communication was seamless throughout. We arrived to a warm, clean, and well‑organized home that was thoughtfully laid out and very welcoming. We are already planning our return — highly recommended!

The home is immaculate and very tastefully furnished. I wished to be staying more than one night. Two ample bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds. The unit is on the second floor and includes a very nice second floor deck. The kitchen is perfect with everything one needs. I didn’t get to cook in it though. Wished I could. My highest praise’s to the owner. Well done!!

This place was perfect for exploring Downtown Boise! The place was super clean, super safe, well stocked, and the host was quick to answer any and all questions! I very much enjoyed myself! Also, the host recommended a great Italian restaurant right down the street that was incredible! Luciano’s absolutely fantastic!

Cute little upstairs mother in law suite. Completely updated and so perfect for the weekend to move in my sophomore at BSU! The AC was much appreciated for August. My husband Loved the give or take beer fridge!

Clean, convenient and oh so charming!

This was the perfect place for our quick stopover! My son and I stayed here while driving from Seattle to Utah to drop him off at college. We didn’t get to stay long, but we loved the location — there’s a great Italian restaurant within easy walking distance, and a fantastic coffee shop nearby for the morning. The host was amazing and incredibly responsive; I never waited more than a few minutes for a reply to any question. I totally recommend this place to anyone visiting Boise!

Easy check in...the whole place is clean & very cute. Great use of space. We enjoyed the hot tub and walked to a corner coffee shop down the street. I would stay here again when visiting!

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was both comfortable and inviting. Our hosts thought of just about everything to make our stay a very pleasant one. So disappointed we didn't get to use the hot tub. We'll plan better next time. Thank you. I hope you'll let us come back.

Above garage space requires a climb but well worth it. Beautifully decorated with everything you need. The deck is peaceful and comfy.

Home is actually better than it looks in the listing, probably the nicest property in the neighborhood! We loved staying here, so much natural light and it’s just really nice inside and outside of the property. Perfect for a getaway for a couple or some friends!

I would highly recommend staying here! It was very clean and such a well thought out floor plan with unique designs everywhere. The host had great attention to detail and thought of every little thing to help. Make the stay an amazing experience. The hot tub was already warmed up. There’s a sign welcoming us. There is a speaker in the house and water and beer in the fridge. It was extremely clean and the communication was great and it was easy to get in and out of. I definitely will be coming back and I appreciate having a host that actually gets it. Thank you so much!

Very welcoming the design was fun and festive Luxurious and a very comfortable spacious layout, soothing accommodations. Everything we needed to have to meet our needs to enjoy our visit.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because even though the property says it can accomodate 4 people, the host charged me another 35 for my husband. One might not notice that the kitchen, which includes a separate drinks fridge, doesn't have an oven. I had not realized this when deciding what to prepare for dinner. The microwave sufficed as we were only there one night.My husband who is a contractor was very impressed with the quality of the build and workmanship. We were sorry that we didn't have time to enjoy the hot tub.

The place is very nicely decorated, clean and organized. Bright and cheery. Plenty of towels and basics, like a toothbrush and paste if you forgot your own! We enjoyed a couple of the beers already there and left some for the collection. We'd DEFINITELY stay here again on our next visit to Boise!

This was such a great stopover for our trip to Northwestern Washington. Prior to check-in our plan was to drop our things off and head out to a restaurant or some other convenient spot. Once we saw the deck and then later the rest of the space, we decided to to change our plans and have a stay-at-home dinner and evening. It was delightful. Mike and co. thought of everything. I will keep this on my list of visit agains for sure!

Quick stop on our way through Boise from Seattle to Las Vegas

This apartment was a great spot for me and my dog. The dog park being a short walk away was definitely a bonus! The apartment has everything you could want and the deck was the perfect place to sit and enjoy the nice afternoon. And having Push ‘n Pour, Wyld Child and Stil ice cream within easy walking distance is a plus! I’ll for sure book this place again in the future.

Great place to stay. Brand new. Great VIBE. We stayed here for graduation. Close to Boise State, downtown, and the green belt. We didn’t have time to use the hot tub, but would have loved too if our schedule wasn’t so busy. The host was very nice. I would recommend this place and stay here again.

clean and comfy

This place is super cute! We had 4 adults and a 5 year old and for one night it was perfect. If it was just my husband and I we could easily do a longer stay. We loved how close it was to downtown
