A Perfect Getaway within 3 Acres- Beautiful Mountain Views & Glacier Park Nearby

Wish we didn’t have to leave. This place had pretty much everything we needed. Beautiful view of the mountains as you sat in the hot tub. Everything was very clean. Super family friendly with games galore. Host was very professional and responsive if there was a need. Convenient location and amazing friendly neighbors with goats on their garage roof! I thought you could find that only in Door County Wisconsin.

Love the fact that we can go on vacation and this listing is pet friendly.Had anything you would need for a fun cozy getaway.

The host was welcoming and the home is clean and cozy. The Mortal Kombat game was a hoot and entirely unexpected. Loved the hot tub!

The house is old, so if you're looking for something fancy, this isn't for you. However, we found it very comfortable, warm, clean and fully well stocked. The furniture was comfortable, more than enough dishes and towels, hot tub was great, games and toys for the kids, and the managing host was superb to work with! Very communicative, great directions, and very supportive.

Fit our needs and the space outdoors was great! It was clean and comfortable. Quiet area with a well-cared for yard. There were a lot of fragrances in the home if you are sensitive to that, heads up.

I would have liked a little more privacy while in the hot tub.

This was an absolute amazing place! The beds were so comfortable, plenty of towels and linens, the kitchen was stocked with cooking staples, the hot tub was super clean, lots of room for my kids to play both inside and outside, big porch and a beautiful view. We felt so welcome here and the property manger was amazing to work with and so accommodating and attentive to our needs. I would recommend this property (and the owner) a million times over! Such a wonderful stay!

The mountain views are incredible, which we especially enjoyed from the hot tub. It’s a great location that’s close to the West Glacier entrance. Marlyn was extremely communicative throughout our stay as well as very flexible and understanding when we ran into car trouble. Our kiddos loved all the board games and we appreciated how well stocked with dishes and supplies the kitchen was. Highly recommend for both a “base camp” to see the sights or perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views!

While the host greeted us kindly and was welcoming, this property should not have been rented to us in the condition it was in. We were shocked to find mice in our food supply and running around the kitchen, on top of a flooded kitchen floor that likely may have mold growing underneath. It’s hazardous for guests and not in rentable condition. We really should have received a refund given none of these issues were disclosed to us prior to our arrival. The stay was in close proximity to Glacier and spacious, so it’s unfortunate to have our trip so overshadowed by these issues.

Very clean, all amenities (pots, pans, dishes, towels, dish and laundry soap etc.) Older home, but was perfect for our family and great location to all the places we wanted to see and explore. Nice hot tub, host was very nice and great communication.

The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 11, with thoughtful touches like bottled water, coffee, and bear spray.However, guests should know this property is not very private. Although the listing mentions “self check-in,” the manager met us on arrival and was present on-site daily. While attentive and responsive, her frequent presence—including checking the hot tub PH levels daily —made it feel like we were being monitored rather than having the home fully to ourselves.We also experienced two late-night maintenance issues: a shower that wouldn’t shut off and a small kitchen leak. Both were addressed quickly, but they were disruptive. In addition, a handwritten checkout chore list was left inside the home the day before departure (while we were away), even though it wasn’t mentioned in the listing.Overall, the house itself was clean and well-equipped, but guests should be prepared for frequent host/manager presence, possible maintenance disruptions, and undisclosed chore requirements.

My husband and I drove up from Florida in a sprinter van with our 5 kids. We had been driving for a few days and were ready to get to a house, get a real shower, and a comfortable bed. This spot had everything we needed. Within 30 mins of Glacier National, we would spend all day hanging out on the mountain, and then come home to enjoy the amenities the house had to offer. Communication with Marlyn was stellar! The bathrooms, hot tub and beds were super clean & comfortable. The kids loved the games, and small play set out front. Yes, the house is older, but it was clean and checked all the boxes that we needed to recuperate before starting the next leg of our journey.

The location and amenities served us well. The owner brought us cookies. The house is old, but clean. There was a slight musty smell, maybe the air conditioners need to be cleaned. We enjoyed our stay!

On the road and hotels for several days, this was a most welcome respite. Much in the details/amenities that made this the best stay ever. Close to Glacier and the hot tub a must after hours of hiking. Entertainment provided by the horses and chickens!

We loved our stay! We traveled with 4 kids, ages 5-12 and it was perfect for our family. The kids loved the arcade games, playground, board games and candy. The hot tub was amazing. Plenty of space for all of us and kitchen had everything we needed. Great stay!

Shane was very accommodating and our family of eight enjoyed our three night stay. The location is fantastic and we will definitely stay here again if we make another trip.

This place is dated but served the purpose for our WestGlacier trip. Kitchen was well stocked, there was an abundance of towels which was nice, laundry det, dish soap, etc. the hot tub was also a pleasant addition. If we were in the area I’d definitely stay again.

The house worked great for us with 4 bedrooms and many sleeping options. It was very clean and the host was very accommodating! We enjoy the Columbia Falls area and found this house to be a great location…awesome view of Teakettle and the Columbia Mountains! Great work Shane and crew 😁😁😁 top notch all around!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this house. There were 8 of us, ages range from 5yrs to middle age adults, we all loved staying here! When we first arrived Shane had little unexpected touches for us like lots of bottled waters, bag of candy and bear spray, which was so kind. The house was more spacious than we first thought and it fit all of us perfectly! The front porch is very large and has an amazing view of the mountains! It worked as a great home base for us as we explored Glacier National Park. Then it was so nice to be able to relax after a long day of hiking in the hot tub or on the front porch and take in the beautiful scenery! Shane was kind and very attentive to make sure all of our needs for a great trip were met. I would highly recommend this home to anyone and I would happily go back to this property any time!
