The Master Suite overlooks the fenced back yard. It has a King size 4 posted bed, Upholstered Arm Chair, Night Tables, And Bench.

The ensuite Master Bath features Double Vanity, across from walk-in closet.

The well supplied kitchen includes basic spices, and condiments, coffee and tea, Countertop Airfryer/Oven, Microwave, Glass Top Stove w/Oven, Dishwasher, Refrigerator-Freezer with Ice Maker, Blender, Toaster, Coffee Maker (K cup & Carafe), Sodastream, and Popcorn Maker. The Kitchen table seats 8, and there's 5 stools at the kitchen countertop.

The property has fiber internet, a 55 TCL 4K TV in the living room, with streaming channels and a 32 TCL TV in the game room, with streaming channels and an HDMI cable for you to connect your game system! The game table is perfect for jenga, scrabble, monopoly, bananagrams, backgammon, card games or doing a jigsaw puzzle.

A fenced back yard and shady rockers on the front porch allow you to relax and slow down. The Sandstone nature and fitness trails, Lower Lake, Spillway, and Sardis Lake Boat Ramps are a short 6 minute (4 miles) drive down Blackjack Road. Mallard Pointe Golf Course is a mere 13 minutes (7.8 miles) away.

Getting here is a quick 12 minutes (11 miles) from Hwy 55 (Batesville & Oxford Exit) take Hwy 6/278 to Blackjack Road.
