The air-conditioned living room offers a convertible billiard table, pellet stove (pellets provided), sofa, TV, board games, darts, and access to the garden with a fire pit, lounge area, sun loungers, and ping-pong table.

The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, classic and pod coffee makers, tea, small appliances, juicer, and toaster.

There’s a bathroom with shower, toilet, and storage, plus a hallway leading to the sleeping area with separate toilet.

The air-conditioned master suite features a private jacuzzi, queen bed (160cm), TV, bathroom with shower, toilet, and bath towels provided. The second air-conditioned bedroom has two electric 80cm beds (can be joined to make a 160cm bed), TV, closet, and bath towels.

The artificial grass garden includes table tennis, above-ground pool with safety ladder, children’s playset, sun loungers, and a shaded lounge area for drinks.

Downstairs, you’ll find a laundry room with washer and dryer, 6 adult bikes and 3 children’s bikes with helmets and a child seat.
