Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having been renting this unit for 8 years and with the large rent increase for 2023, we expected the unit to be in much better shape. Items that we have mentioned to need attention for several years still were not remedied. There were some safety issues that we felt should have been addressed. Because of these maintenance issues we will be renting a different unit for next year.

Reviewer Comments: The Key West Golf Course is a great place to stay - fabulous pool and meticulously cared for landscaping. For some reason there were ants in the condo's upstairs bathroom (even though they were completely gone in the kitchen) and an unfinished (cosmetically only) shower surround. Everything else was perfect including beautiful closed in back porches, many pool accessories, backyard grill and well-appointed kitchen.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit 5+ years and always have a good experience. There have been some recent updates, but could use a little extra attention to maintenance issues. We have booked for next year and look forward to stay here again.
