A Luxury Home near OU Campus

Such a cool property! Excellent location for us, as we needed to be close to the OU campus. Walkable to shops and restaurants as well. The house was nicely updated with all amenities we might need. The screened in patio, the outdoor area and TVs- all great for a fun weekend with friends. We will book again!

Clean and easy

What a great place to stay in Norman! The house was so comfortable and well appointed. Very nicely decorated with a nice kitchen, comfy beds and excellent back patio and yard. Good location in a nice neighborhood, close to all the restaurants and OU campus. I would highly recommend this beautiful house!

This home is a convenient spot for any activities on campus at OU or in the downtown area. It is an older home from the 1940's so there are definitely some quirky features --like the master bedroom and bathroom not located next to each other. It all adds to the charm of the place if this works for you. The home is furnished and supplied as a working VRBO so you can find everything to make your stay comfortable. The only concern was that the front porch had significant rotting of the wooden slats which the owner states will be getting repaired in the future. This was a concern for our elderly relatives who stayed with us as they needed to use the pillars as a hand hold to get up the steps to the porch and needed to pay attention to their footing so they wouldn't break the rotting wood. We loved the porch swings and the backyard area. Lots of space for people to spread out. We would definitely stay here again on the next trip to Norman.

We Loved all the areas created to gather with the family. The back yard had several areas; outdoor game options, TV, firepit, eating or just hanging out in the adirondack chairs. We loved the screened in back porch and the ambience created with the edison lights. The front porch was very tranquill with the large lounging swing and other swings - perfect for drinking coffee in the morning & bird & squirrel watching. We loved the comfort of the indoors. Very spacious. You thought of everything, all we needed was to bring in our food. Our family enjoyed watching TV outside in the evening and the fireflies. We loved the location. Very close to campus and the houses around this area were all craftman style houses. Only suggestion, would be to add darkening shades to the master. Other than that, it was perfect.

We took two high school sophomores to tour OU campus after an overnight stay and had such a comfortable and seamless experience. It was so easy... reservations, check in/check out, information sharing, communication to the property owner, walking access to everything OU (restaurants, shops, campus, parks). The house has everything you can possibly imagine. We enjoyed a great fire while we kept up w/ our favorite Netflix show. The beds were super comfortable, all three bedrooms. House was very organized and decorated impeccably. Access to Bluetooth worked better than our house in Dallas (!) and the girls loved the swings. The only complaint we have is that we didn't get to stay very long. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay, this Texas Longhorn will be back! PS The OU Tour was pretty amazing as well, a perfect visit to dear Norman, OK.

Adorable home near campus. Tastefully decorated with fun back yard with TVs- great for family or group!

This house has been renovated with great style and quality finishes. The rooms were all so well decorated, the beds and pillows were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. We very much enjoyed our stay! It was not apparent to me when I booked it but the master bathroom is across the home near the kitchen. It was not an issue for us but it may be for some guests.

The house was clean and has very comfortable beds/common spaces. Plenty of room for small groups. Our weather didn’t permit to use the outdoor entertainment, but it looked great. We will definitely be back for a football game.

Well furnished and comfortable.

This is a lovely house. I would be happy to live in it! It looks exactly as pictured. The three bedrooms are all comparable, other than they vary in size by a little. Beds were comfortable. Linens and towels very nice. The kitchen is very functional. Nice outdoor spaces.

This was our second time to stay at this beautiful home. Perfect location to OU and super cute! Will look to stay here again!!

This house is exactly like the photos. So cute and clean. The beds were very comfortable. We had a few family members come over for dinner one night. The house is set up so you can spread out inside/out. We had to contact the owner a couple times to ask questions and always got an immediate reply. The neighborhood was quiet and there were nice streets to walk on in the morning. Close to OU if you need to walk/drive there.

This property worked out perfectly for us. It was our home base for New Sooner Orientation and is walking distance to campus. Outdoor living area was perfect for viewing playoff basketball the night before too.
