A luxurious 3 bedroom oceanside retreat

Great place for an extended family trip! Location was amazing with the beach access right there. Kids hot tub/pools and playground was an extra bonus. Kitchen was well stocked and we didn’t feel anything was lacking! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The unit exceeded our expectations. Lots of room for six adults and four pre-teens. The location was stunning, right on the beach. The kids didn’t leave the property the whole time, other than to walk along the beach. And didn’t want to leave when it was time to check out. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes and pots - we had brought our own just in case! Thanks to Gary and his family for sharing it with us. It is a special place.

The location is amazing. The close proximity to the Bay was perfect. Our pet enjoyed the long walks on the beach.

Our host was immediately attentive and responsive. The unit was exactly as presented and we had an amazing experience.

Beautiful location and access to the ocean. Fire pits on a deck overlooking the water. Peaceful. Unit was spacious and inviting. Amenities for the resort although accessible rather costly for a young family 25 per adult. Not these owners issue just a comment for reference.

Beautiful view especially at sunset. Very spacious and great it was pet friendly! Lovely to be able to walk on the beach The indoor pool was ok….. bit crowded with young kids having lessons Outdoor hot tub was great thoCouple of minor details that could be improved ……Instructions for dishwasher as it didn’t always turn on and seemed a bit random as to which cycle works bestWe would have preferred unscented dish soap and laundry soap as the scents were very strong ( especially the laundry ) The Frig was missing some main shelves and this reduced available spaceAll in all it was very good and we would come again

Glorious location with superb view. Loved the amenities and proximity to trail. Place is a bit tired looking with missing shelf in fridge, no included soaps and shampoos, and badly stained carpet. But still perfect for family vacation

The condo itself is very large, each bedroom is double sized. 2-3 steps down from front entry to living area was a challenge for 90 year old mom, I didnt think to ask about that. the furnishings and decor are somewhat dated but incredibly well maintained and clean, so not an issue for us. The view from unit and property are incredible. a short walk to a patio overlooking the ocean with firepits and a nice long lit pathway to stroll along the beach. 5/5 would book it again.

Perfect, location, facilities. Bedroom suites, great family area, kitchen with the views. Clean, comfortable nice outdoor area. Could not ask for more!

Beautiful home, spacious, and well located to all of our adventures. The property manager was helpful with anything we needed during our stay. The grill was great to have and we loved the resort hot tub complex. The bay is fun to explore at low tide. We would stay here again.

Easy communication, and the place was great!

The location and view was amazing! We were able to watch the sunset every night, and being close to the nanoose bay was wonderful. The kids loved to go to play with the rocks and find seashells by the water. It was a peaceful and relaxing location for our family reunion. We had 2 seniors, 6 adults, and 3 toddlers. Our only complaint is that the central heat was not working and we had to rely on space heaters. Also the breaker keeps on going off so my parents were freezing while sleeping one night. The frying pans also need to be replaced as it was hard to cook out of them. We were grateful that the owners allowed us to checkout at 11am because it would have been stressful to meet the original 10am checkout time. Overall we loved the location and the amenities at the resort area.

Great location next to the beach and spacious home

What a beautiful rental. It was easy to find and it is such a nice house. It had everything we needed and steps away from the beach. We will definitely be staying here again!

We are a group of nine women turning 65 this year who have been friends since childhood. This well-appointed rental was the absolutely perfect gathering place for us! Gary responded quicky to any questions. The view was amazing and we enjoyed lovely walks in the area.This home was the backdrop to a wonderful celebration and we will be back. Thank you!

Plenty of room for nine adults. Location is great with some nice trails from right in front of the property. Great communication with Gary. Thanks so much for letting us enjoy the pace with our family!!!

Lovely stay in a great residence. Very well kept & managed.

The lay-out and services in the home was great for our purposes, which was gathering for a family birthday. It wasn’t clear from the advert that the unit is in a large resort. We like to go for hikes - unfortunately no info on this provided. 10:00 is an early checkout.but we managed.

Wonderful place that allowed for many great memories. Great amenities including hot tub, pickleball, and beach.

Location was very nice. Property could have more attention to detail. For example: There was no shampoo, conditioner, body soap or body lotions which are normally provided. If we knew ahead of time we could have brought our own. Furniture and area rugs need to be steam cleaned or replaced. There were other items that I won’t get into. Owner was made aware but refused to reply to my emails. Very unprofessional.

This house is fantastic! The location is quiet, yet perfect for exploring the area. Everything was clean and well stocked (bring your own shower soap and shampoo). We enjoyed the variety of artwork in the home, and the views from the house and the property can't be beat.

A couple of nights to explore nearby attractions. Great place, well stocked. Great views.

This is a great 3 bed/3 bath townhome located right next to the beach. Each of our family units had their own space. Location to Parksville and area make it ideal to do short day trips to surrounding areas. The amenities are good. Owner provides quick responses. Sunsets are gorgeous from the back patio!

This is by far the best vacation rental on the island. Gary’s place has everything. We are coming back for another year.
