Stayed Jun 22, 2025The stay met our needs for the most part as we were in town for meetings at Lake Fort Smith. The biggest disappointment was the quality of the mattress. Very uncomfortable mattress when the intent of using the space was for sleep.

Stayed May 10, 2024Sits just off the hwy. At night it is a little hard to see. Other than that, super nice place. Very clean! Even with being close to the hwy, it is extremely quiet. Host Allan was very accommodating, quick to answer all of my questions. I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. THANKS ALLAN! I will be staying here whenever I have the need to visit this area.
