Wonderful host , great location, well stocked kitchen

Everything was wonderful! Check in was easy, home was just as described. Perfect location! Home was close enough to easily get to dining, etc but not in the middle of the crowds. Perfect vacation to relax and take in the beautiful ocean right in front of you. Our favorite part was being able to have the peaceful vacation and then 5 min later be in the middle of everything if we wanted. Would highly recommend

No bathroom on first floor. Outdoor stairs were too steep for us with luggage and pet to take out every few hours .

This unit was situated perfectly between Seaside and Seacrest. Close to shops, restaurants, grocery, ice cream etc. So nice to just walk out to the beach. Townhome came with great beach chairs and some toys for our 5 year old to play with. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for basic lunches. Owner was very responsive to things that came up or questions we had. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this place to others!

We loved this property! Perfect location for the views and making that daily trek to the beach. Unit was clean, decorated very nicely and had plenty of room for our family. Would definitely return and recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

My family has been staying at Seagrove Beach for a number of years. We prefer Seagrove Beach because it is not in the middle of the hustle at Seaside or Rosemary Beach, but just in between, and is easily accessible to both areas without the traffic or noise, and is certainly more wallet-friendly. The trick is finding a really nice place that has a great view and access to the beach. This two-bedroom condo does just that; it is in a really great spot with access to and a view of the beach. This beach isn’t as busy as the other ones in the area, a welcome bonus for sure. The master bedroom, on the second floor, has an ocean and beach view with a small patio and some chairs to enjoy the ocean breeze in the morning. Mattress was super comfy too! The downstairs level is spacious and open, with the kitchen, dining room, and living room flowing beautifully together and offering a fantastic view of the beach. The deck complements it all, adding another welcome bonus. I wish the beach umbrella was a little nicer, but it was still much easier not having to bring our own across the country. Parking is actually fantastic; it is below the unit, covered, and our car stayed nice and cool the entire time. For our family of four people, there is plenty of room, lots of access, and it is so convenient to be this close to the beach - absolutely lovely. We were really impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen was; the owners even made sure that spices were available :) have a good time!

The property and location were great! Loved the views from both the main deck and upper balcony! There was plenty of room downstairs and upstairs, nice furniture, and comfy beds. It is close to a lot of great places - we enjoyed The Big Chill, Steamboat Grill, and Brozinni’s Pizzeria. We walked the trail across from Deer Lake State Park. Highly recommend this place!

We always stay in the Seagrove area when we visit. We have a dog that we needed to bring with us. Peggy was great about letting us bring her. We all had a fabulous time. The townhouse is comfortable, well equipped and beautiful. Thank you for allowing us to share your home.I highly recommend this rental.

A true Beach vacation with everything you could want inside & outside just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches along the Gulf Coat. Quiet , clean, comfy bed,Ocean sounds and views. Lovely stay with my dog ! Thanks!!t Gulf.

The view was great! Easy access to the beach.

We were maybe 50 yards to the beach, and a short bike ride to restaurants/bars/shops/etc. The property is a bit dated, but we hardly stayed inside and were either on the beach or out and about all day. We would definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our family vacation in this wonderful beach front home. It was quiet, furnished with everything we needed and a few steps to the beach. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this little piece of heaven.

We loved our stay. Everything is as advertised. Its got a lovely view of the ocean and a great porch for sitting and enjoying the view. This was not a big problem for us, but a word of caution, you do have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to condo, and then you have to walk up another flight of stairs to get to bedroom. But its only because your parking space is below you. There is no one above or beneath you. It was a well kept quiet area. Your beach access is the Seagrove public beach. We enjoyed it. It was a decent size crowd at the beach, but not overly crowded for us. Also we saw some reviews talking about it being warm. The a/c worked great and as long as you keep closet doors and balcony doors shut, it will be as cold as you want it. And the beds were extremely comfortable. All the previous reviews on everything else were accurate. So all in all we had a wonderful stay for our family of four with a 10 and 12 year old.

This place was amazing. We highly recommend this place.

Last time we came to Seagrove was 9 years ago, enjoyed our stay. Our family had a 1 year old, loved the blackout curtains in second bedroom. Location is extremely close to the beach. Dune restoration in progress so we had to use the entrance on the right. Loved opening the doors to the sound and smell of the ocean each morning.

We had a great time at the beach! The view was beautiful! Just a short walk across a small road to the beach access. The decor was a little dated and the beds weren’t the best, but overall we had a great stay & would book here again!!

This was a wonderful location with a beautiful view. We felt lucky to find such a nice place so close to beach access, and we got to bring our dog too! We had everything we needed and beds were very comfortable.

We had a relaxing week at the beach. The townhouse was perfect for us and located away from 30-a on a dead end street. Weather was perfect. We were close to everything we needed

Close and Great view of the ocean! Kid/family friendly! The AC seemed to struggle a little. Slightly unpleasant smell might be a little mold due to lack of ac? We also had to buy extra toilet paper for our stay. Overall, 4 out of 5 stars. Thank you!
